Ms. Jay Lopez was recommended to my family in our time of need. She was professional, respectful, and we felt very comfortable with her. She was not pushy and answered our all of our questions in a timely manner. She coordinated the military ceremony for us, as well. It was a smooth process even under difficult circumstances. We definitely would recommend Ms. Jay Lopez at Clairemont Mortuary.

Frank and Linda were amazing with helping me plan my father's funeral. They were very kind and sincerely compassionate. They both spent a lot of time going over the details and answering all of my many questions. Highly recommend Clairemont Mortuary with Frank and Linda!!!

My family and I were very pleased with the overall service provided by Funeral Arranger, Ms. Jay Lopez of Clairemont Mortuary, for our Dear Brother. She understood our needs and acted quickly, within a week, while maintaining her professionalism and compassion. She was very accessible and accommodated any changes we made to the contract and special orders, to provide products and services on time. We were also very happy with the way the service package in the baseball theme turned out and the added touches she made on the layout of the service and thank you cards. Thank you, Jay, for all that you did to make the services dedicated to our Dear Brother extra special.

Frank went above and beyond in getting the services done easy and promptly, the staff in general were all very caring and I wish to extend my thanks to everyone that helped get the services together, they work as a team to make it as painless as these needed services can be.

Frank and Cedric are top notch at providing caring service to my family before and after my mom’s death. Kind and patient, I am so grateful for their assistance. 💚🌺💚

Clairemont Mortuary was excellent in helping me with my brother's passing. Especially Jill Wilson who was a rockstar helping me with the process. She was on top of all of my requests and did an exceptional job. Everyone I interfaced with at Clairemont Mortuary gave truly great service. I would like to thank Frank Manzano and Linda Balcerzak for all their help with my father’s passing. They took away so much stress from my family. They are very caring when it comes to the pressure of planning a service and handling of a loved one’s remains. It can be overwhelming when you lose a loved one, so my family is grateful to have had such great care from Linda and Frank. They were awesome thru it all. You are appreciated.

Unfortunately I had to use Clairemont Mortuary twice last year. Frank was wonderful in helping myself and family through very difficult times. He was caring and comforting through the entire process. The entire staff at Clairemont Mortuary did a wonderful job in very difficult times. If you need to use a mortuary I would highly recommend Clairemont Mortuary.

Well, I can't say I wish the experience of losing a loved one to anyone. But if there's a mortuary who does their absolute best to make it as easy for the grieving family as absolutely possible, it's Clairemont Mortuary. The Mortuary Manager (Dorothy) and the Staff Associate (Linda) who helped our family were the absolute best! Dorothy and Linda helped us put on a viewing and funeral service in 9 days and were very professional, sympathetic, sensitive to our requests, always were easily reached whenever we called or e-mailed them, and took so much of the stress out of the process as they could. We called and inquired often, Dorothy and Linda were so kind and the level of service provided to us by the two of them was outstanding. You could tell from the first time we met them, that this wasn't something they just get paid to do, but that they love to help make this time for families who have lost a loved one as easy as it could be and it's evident in the way they treat the families.

They were able to accommodate every request we made. Our family who was visiting from the Philippines even commented on how well a job they did with their service provided for my mom's funeral. I will gladly recommend Clairemont Mortuary to all our friends, family, and close acquaintances if they're ever in need of services after losing a loved one. I know my mom was very happy with the hard work that Dorothy, and especially Linda had given my dad, my brother, and me during this very difficult time. Kudos to Clairemont Mortuary for treating us so well this past week and a half!

The whole group at Clairemont was very helpful and Janel especially was wonderful, going above and beyond to support us during this difficult time.

Had a bad experience with Johnson’s in Sorrento Valley. In desperation, I called Clairemont Mortuary. Thank God for Frank. He made things very easy. Frank was experienced, he gave me my options, and let me decide with no pressure. My Mother’s burial is out of State. Frank dealt with the out of state Cemetery, and arranged transportation. Frank, and the whole office staff are the best. Thank you Franko!!!!!

After the unexpected death of my mother in law we contacted the Clairemont Mortuary. Being from out of town, it was very stressful. Jennifer Berry was extremely professional, helpful and caring. She guided us along the way of what needed to be done and expected, as we were totally clueless. Her patience, prompt answers and guidance made the last journey of my mother in law flawless. We cannot recommend the Clairemont Mortuary enough.

Searching for a funeral home is never a pleasant thing to do. Dorothy at Clairemont Mortuary was amazing. She worked with us to give my brother a wonderful service. Given his limited resources she worked with us and helped us stay within a budget. There was no pressure put on us at all. Thank you for your help in our time of need.
