This evening I had a great shopping experience just because of one exceptional Employee , her name is Tina. She is patient , very helpful even though she was by herself and had customer at the register and helped out with self checkout too . Anyhow I have been a customer for years and I have never seen anyone as nice as her

Kathleen and Lisa go away out of their way to be helpful. They put all the customers first professional, friendly and kind. Claremont CVS is wonderful.

Today Lisa helped me with my coupons for the Loreal root rescue which I use at least every month and love it. Today I saved about 9 to 10 dollars thanks to Lisa walking up to me because she remembered me and how she could help me. Of course she was again friendly, knowledgeable... She deserves a big raise because of how she is I'll keep coming to cvs for my purchases ....Sincerely,

amazing pharmacy staff. I always go to this pharmacy and the staff are so nice and helpful. Today I was standing in line when a crazy lady came in yelling at them, calling them names, demanding she get whatever she needed before the 4 people who were standing in line and threatening reporting them. The staff did their best to help and keep their cool but I wanted to give them some recognition. I sincerely hope they don’t get treated like this on the regular.

JOANNA went above and beyond to help me with my picture project today. I have not experienced customer service like that in a long time and was blown away. Thank you Joanna for making my photo printing / cards a great experience :)

I just had the best experience with Lisa at the beauty department. She has been doing this for 34 years and is an amazing consultant. She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable about all of our beauty needs. I have not had an employee help me like this ever!! At any store like CVS. She went above and beyond to help me feel and look beautiful for my engagement party tonight. Thank you Lisa I will be back!

The store had some great buy one get one deals on items in their vitamin / pharmacy section. Saved $100 on purchases, and the store associate helped me right away when some items did not run properly. Very easy process 5 stars!

Best Store I been too. They always greet when you walk in the door and offer help. Also if you don't find an item on the shelve they go to the back and check to see if it's in stock. Pharmacy staff is great as well! The line moves pretty fast as well, if there is one. I love coming too this store. I would recommend everyone to go to this store!

Also been using this pharmacy for years and never had an issue. I highly recommend them if you live in the vicinity.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I have never had an issue with the pharmacy. They have always been fast, friendly, and helpful. I use this pharmacy once a month on average for the past 2 years.

This review is due to Emily in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me out. I switched insurance providers and the new insurance required a Pre-Auth, causing me to have to pay out of pocket (Cigna sucks). My monthly meds cost $684.00 without insurance, but Emily found a way to help me avoid paying that much. Thanks Emily!

Very friendly and the employees they try to help u specially on what good deals they have, very patient on the couponers like me. All register are open. Clean store and more stocks specially the goods on sale. They always ask if u want a rain check if they don’t have stock.

I'm happy with their service. The CVS app is great. I use it to fill prescriptions, then come in to pick up when it's ready. In and out. Very convenient.

I was worried about where should I buy medicine, gladly, I saw this drug store. The pharmacist assisted me as to what medicine should I buy, I asked her what was the best for my cough, and she gave me the right medicine. Thank you!

Everyone in all departments have been consistently and exceedingly kind and helpful with me!

I can't speak for the pharmacy department, but what I loved about this store is that they had the best prices for Hennessy and Courvoisier. Check out wasn't bad either.

Love this store! Please update your current COVID hours though. They open at 6 AM.
