Lots of food choices, vegis to meats, some live seafood too. Hot tray deli/bakery. Butchers, large frozen, dry goods, and rice aisles. Many cashier's, and small dining places on East side of store with plenty of parking, few services offices upon exiting too.
Went to New Year Celebration Lion Dance...see their Google Maps site! Was so much fun!, Dragons went all around store, stopping to bless Phoenix Travel store, CJs Neverland, all restaurant storefronts, including Saigon 5. Lots of kids enjoying, families and grand parents too!! Got my Super Bowl Party needs.

Great shopping center with anything you can think of. Boba ice cream bars, noodles, frozen durian. The store is kept nicely organized and clean and has a small claw machine area off to the corner.

Walked in not really needing anything. Walked out with two bags of fruits and snacks for the kiddo that she's never seen. Great bakery also.

Very excited to find this store opened, they don't just sell Asian food. I really like their bakery. Lots of selection, fresh baked every day, most of them are $1-$2 each. They are having drink special for $0.99 milk tea. I visit the bakery at lease three times a week now~

Super clean and neat asian grocery store! A little unorganized the way items are stocked... But made shopping adventures I guess...? I'm Filipina from the SF Bay - now in the Phoenix, AZ area ... So this Ranch 99 stop while on vaca in SD was such a treat for me :-) I love how the west coast appreciates diversity <3 Time to expand and open up a Ranch 99 in Pheonix, AZ!!

I always love coming here!! They had this unique sesame seed candy... Well sort of. I can only find them there. And of course I go there. For an occasion plant and some fresh wild caught fish!!

The duck is yummy. Excellent produce and Asian specialties. Beats any Ralphs or Vons

This is the 99 Ranch you want to go to if you want to find a parking spot and avoid crowds and long check out lines. I come here to stock up on frozen Chinese donuts, frozen desserts, random snacks, and produce without feeling like it's a free for all.

Love the 99 ranch market. They had soup sample when I went last. Such a broad variety of foods, drinks, and snacks. Something for everyone, no doubt. Love to hit up the food court right after grocery shopping too

For Chinese groceries, and plant-based meat options it's a good place. Too bad no vegetarian buns :( They even have few other items like Japanese S&B chili oil, or Hawaiian macadamia chocolate. Many snacks and sweet options. There is also a food court. Edit: they now have vegetarian buns!

The best place to find Asian foods, desserts and fruits. They provide a lot of products from Thailand, Malaysia , Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan and China

Phenomenal rare products and at a good price. I wish this was near my local area. Also go try the kitchen they have inside the store (far left side from entrance) and it’s pretty affordable/plentiful.

Love coming in to this location and picking up whatever I need! I’ve found many different items here over the years that you just can get at any other stores!

Love this supermarket! They have a lot of variety of Asian foods that I can’t get where I’m from. Also came here for the first time in order to buy fish balls. The food court was also very good!

Easy to find everything, the aisles are clearly marked and there is plenty of free parking parking. They have sales but you can take advantage of the deals even without signing up for their club.

Great selection, cheap produce. I love the specialty items that are hard to find elsewhere, like duck or sliced lamb or dried shiitakes.

A great high standard of conduct with a concern to food safety and handling, with prompt and efficient customer service, great work environment and good place to be in.

Great produce. Nice selection of green teas. Huge seafood counter. This is the largest and nicest Asian grocery I have ever seen. Easy to get to via the 805 or I-5. Ample parking. Located next to Target and Home Depot.
