I have never received such phenomenal professional help in any Best Buy like I did today. John G at the Mission Valley, San Diego, CA Best Buy in appliances was not only a great salesman, but amazing at helping me get the best deal I could. Just because of him, I will only be getting appliances from Best Buy from now on, and moving every 2-4 years for work requires me to frequently shop for different appliances. Not to mention his patience with me and my toddler, this man deserves a promotion.

Usually don't do reviews on big box retailers, but was in the store yesterday looking for speakers. Online said they were in stock but I could not find them, I was instructed to go to the online pickup area and check if they had in stock. Jonah helped me out, he did see that there were some in stock, but he also let me know there were open box ones. Best buy has some great open box deals. Jonah went above and beyond to walk around the store looking for this open box item. Most associates would just tell you to look around the area or point to where is should be, he was also handling the online order section, so he could have just easily passed me on to someone else. I ended up buying the speakers. Retailers need more people like Jonah! Hope Best Buy/Management actually reads these reviews.

They completed the renovations on the store and it looks great. Not sure if it was a weekend and they had extra staff or something but everyone in the computer department was super friendly and helpful.

Knowledgeable and friendly employees. I hope they are able to stick around. I'll keep visiting as long as the employees seem happy. There's a good vibe and I'm looking forward to the remodel.

Ouch, my mouse stopped working. I was directed to the proper area and all I saw were remotes from $35 - $160. An employee saw my frustration and asked if he could help. I showed him mine with a cord and he said I don't think we carry those anymore. When checking, he found one sitting by itself for $9.99. I said I'll take it. Sometimes ya just need to ask.

Not very crowded even on weekdays. The staff is always helpful.

I have visited this best buy multiple times and have always had great customer service. They are fully stoked and have pick up and in store displays of most all the gadgets you are looking for. I like this place because it’s also easy access from the freeway.

This was my first time visiting this Best Buy location. There was remodeling construction taking place and the parking was limited. That being said - business happens. I went to purchase an Apple Watch and Air Pods. Although the website indicated only one left of the watch I was looking for and zero stock of the Air Pods, they were both in stock! I waited a few minutes to be assisted but was greeted very professionally and welcoming. Tyson was the Sales Associate that worked with me. Tyson had excellent communication skills and knowledge of his job. He was very efficient and complete at explaining the process and options available. He made time for insightful small talk yet was still able to be considerate for another customer's time while completing my purchase and processed their single item transaction simultaneously. Thank you for the excellent customer service and support today! Although there is another Best Buy closer to my house, I recommend this location based on my overall experience and satisfaction with my visit. I will make a special trip later in October to purchase a PS5 video game just to see how it looks after the remodeling is complete...

I usually have a hard time returning items but cashier Sue was so helpful returning my Apple Pencil… her positivity does not go unseen.. everyone needs a speedy cashier like Sue…

This is by far my favorite store to get stuck in. I mean for a while Walmart was okay, but man I love my tech and I love my gadgets, and I have lots of them and I always want more. Literally if you send me in there by myself with just the simple goal of asking a question about returns, I'll probably walk out 45 minutes later carting out and OLED TV. I get stuck in this store, and when I had a lot more cash flow coming through I was here a lot. This place probably is responsible for a good 80% of the tech in my house or rather my studio apartment. Which is quite large for a studio. Their prices definitely veer on the pricier side, especially considering this is Best buy we're talking about and there's no competition really in that space besides maybe I don't know The Target electronics department lol fries electronics doesn't exist anymore although they do have to compete online. And to be honest they're all men experiences in the best but it isn't the worst either. I can easily check if something is in stock at that store when I use the app. That has saved me many a trip. All I know I love Best buy, the app's pretty good too, I just wish I had more money to buy more things 😮‍💨

Probably the nicest best buy I have been to in San Diego. They actually have cashiers and checkout lines unlike mira mesa. The place is very organized and full of inventory. I especially liked that they had a completely different area dedicated for pickup, made the experience very quick. They are currently doing construction so parking was a bit tight.

They had what I wanted at a great price (USB wifi Asus dongle) the staff rolled up on me after 5 mins of watching me lurk around.

Originally made a purchase from the Best Buy store in Mission Valley. The salesman was Steve Vlismas every time I seemed to always work with him. So I have to say I have to commend him because he's always been very very helpful and very knowledgeable on making sure I get the right product that I need for my home. With that said Best Buy isn't just Best Buy it's also best service greatly appreciate it. Kevin

Guy was very nice and helpful, store was clean and organized. I like the new layout of everything.
1 drawback is I'm stuck with tmobile and now best buy does not carry any phones for them.

The El Cajon Best buy has the best staff amongst all the Best Buys I have been through. Finally a Best Buy with folks who are knowledgeable in their respective departments and aren't afraid to give you the best advice for what you are looking for. The geek squad here is too notch, second to none. Knowledgeable, professional, straight to the point and clearly conveys expectations. 10/10 would highly recommend

The reason for my rating is because the workers there were certainly friendly and they always came to my assistance before I even called them or anything and I really highly appreciate that, and most of all they had all the answers and if they weren't sure they would go an extra mile to get you answers one way or another, in other words they didn't just up in leave you and they always came back never left you waiting for nothing!!! Thank you best buy!

I loved the person that helped me. Busy day, but they were willing to expedite my pickup since I was in front of them and it wasn't ready.

All the workers here were friendly and took care of my brother and I. They're definitely well trained and amazing in customer service. Definitely will be back!
