Returns here are quick and easy. The customer service counter is great. I'm more likely to shop at Target than other places because they really make the returns so easy. Just make sure to enter your phone number when you buy anything. Then, in order to return, you just really need to have your phone number and they can look up the receipt.

Many times, when items I want/need that are not on the shelves, often times I can have them shipped (free shipping/handling, items are not) to my home. They have a two day shipping.

They didn't have my vitamins on the shelves so I'm having them delivered. Also, I forgot lint rollers (up and up brand) and candles ( I didn't really need to, but I do use).

Shopping at Target is so different from now than how I used to shop. Instead of wandering around, looking at everything, I just go in and out as quickly as possible. This location is not the closest one to me but I'd rather go here than Mission valley.

Great location. Parking is spacious. The store is very clean and organized. Friendly staff. This feels like a super Target. There are checkouts on both sides of the store.

Had a great check-out experience this morning. I will return because the staff were excellent.

Target stores are always clean and easy to navigate, but customer service, as well, is excellent at this location. I think it's fantastic that they are an all-inclusive employer and representative advertiser as well. Thank you.

This particular store is always nicely & neatly presented. You can find everything. Large parking lot, plenty of handicapped spaces. At this particular store employees need to be a little more personable. Other than that it's one of the nicest stores in San Diego

A really organized and clean store. Less busy than I thought it would be which let me shop around more and not be hurrying.

Highly recommend any drive up and go order. I was in a huge hurry to a last minute birthday party and everything was ready ahead of schedule and out to my car in under 2.5 minutes. Best drive up and go experience I’ve had anywhere. I will definitely be doing this again

Twice I've been to the Target on Balboa
Returns desk and I've received stellar service. Not only did I receive great service (Ghada & Crystal), but I observed the other person at the return desk giving equally wonderful service. They all smile at you, are helpful and friendly. Today I also asked a location question of Nicole who was helping at the Self Checkout area, and she was equally wonderful. Clearly, all employees here are special. Kudos to the hiring/training team! My gosh, what else could you want? It's a great place to shop!

First time do online shopping with my daughter, she like that books,& learn get online quick and easy.she so happy.

The staff at the Balboa Target are always very helpful and efficient. I recently made a return and it was extremely easy. The aisles always look like they’re well maintained and not overly cluttered.

I came to the Balboa Ave Target to get my vision checked at their Optical Center. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and they accept walk ins also. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service of everyone there. Dr. Melody Tavakoli was thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has the most advanced optical tools at her disposal too. They had a high tech machine that took a picture of your Iris and their air puff machine was very gentle. Their prices are very reasonable for non-insurance. I got additional discounts for my contacts and glasses, since I was a new patient. I will definitely be back again for my future eye exams.

I say this because everything is perfectly in order, when I look up for clothes for me or my son I can easily find everything I need, also there is a precise identity for every isle and it’s a pleasure to browse around. It makes you feel the need to buy everything 😍

Also, I love, the Ulta corner, so bright and clean!

Great online and pick up experience. I was notified right away my order was ready for pick up, I arrived at the store, walked in to the counter and the employee brought out my items and I was out the door. Will definitely use this service moving forward.

I love Target because they have a nice selection of items, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is excellent. Their return policy is great--they give you ample time to return merchandise with no questions asked.
