Vons

I mostly only do pickup with this vons but I have a great experience almost every time. Shockingly it takes about 30 minutes to a max of an hour for my pickup order to be ready from ordering pretty much everytime (about 10-20 items). Really awesome as a mom with young children. Unlike target across the street where I might be waiting 2-4 hours for my pickup order to be ready.

Second time there . I was impressed with the employees response to seeing if my sister needed any help being she was in a wheelchair ❤

I appreciate the great customer service I received from DJ! He was very kind and extremely helpful! Every time I shop at this store I always receive the best customer service!

These were the prettiest flowers I have ever seen!! I have never seen this beautiful color before. It liked a different color from different directions. If I weren't traveling I wouldn't have left that store without one! Clean store. Great lighting outside as my friend and I had to wait for an Uber. We joined the rewards program and saved money. Great score on vacation!

The bakery bread smells so good! Store is always clean and well stocked. Catherine is the best!!!!

Couldn't find a few things and the manager was very helpful. This is a very busy store and the parking is not so easy. They have improved security so it is a little bit safer at night now. Just went to the store a few times this week and I have upgraded my listing to a five-star because of these reasons. One they now have very good Lighting in the parking lot. Two the manager was extremely helpful with someone who was not well in the bathroom. Three the checkers have been extremely helpful with the app with which I have a lot of problem which is not a problem of the store it is a problem of the app! Just went back tonight August 6th about 10:00 p.m. and the store is having a lot of renovation which doesn't bother me but the parking lot had almost no parking lights working. I understand Lights cost money but it's so much safer when places are lit up hope they get them fixed soon

Good location and parking lot. The vegetables and fruits are very fresh. And sushi bar is very good.

Love this place. Very clean. Most of the staff are friendly and help us out with things. Fresh produce for sure. It's rare to not find something cause they also have good replacements. Love the starbucks inside. Girls are always so nice. Please say please and thank you. Manners go a long way in a day of a busy employee. Especially at Starbucks. There's only one or two baristas rarely 3 when I go. I usually am at the deli department and I wish I wasn't so short to see there name tags cause man there is 3 to 4 employees that are absolutely helpful and nice. And good at selling lol I take what I really don't need but we eat it cause yes 😋 it's delicious.

We forgot to get cookie cake ahead of time and walked in hoping vons would have one. We did not expect Ley in the bakery to find one in the back for us much less decorate it!

I live on normal height, but I work on balboa Ave... So I pass by a lot times . People work here 99% are great people. You can find most of the needs . You know this store is expensive prices but if you get your free membership you can get rewards, better prices, monthly specials . This month was my birthday so they give doble rewards so I could spend on k cup coffee box 88 pieces.
Was a good gift cause I 💕 love coffee. I have on Adams ave another store closer and the same thing , I love 💕 these stores. 👍 Thanks.

I like this Vons location. They always have great clearance deals and I can find everything I'm looking for when I do my weekly shopping! It's always clean and organized and everything is easy to find.

Clean and well stocked but like many places the prices are sky high. Two ham hocks were $8.80. Milk $2.59 /half gal.

This is nice shopping center with lots of parking.

I love Sushi Bar here in Vons. Especially this Vons Sushi is really fresh and yummy.

This Vons is like most others in the Clairemont/Pacific Beach areas, but seemed more relaxed. My 1st time there, I had no trouble finding the items I wanted from the weekly flyer. I had a question of the price of a deal and saw a woman with a Vons name tag in the aisle. I was directed to checkout.
Frank was a very helpful cashier. He also bagged my items. I felt very confident in him. It was a peaceful balanced visit. I am happy to return.

I’m giving this particular location five stars for the employees able to maintain their diligence in spite of all the chaos that’s going on in our country these days. I’ve encountered several employees that have maintained their compassion and hard working skills which I’m sure they didn’t sign up for when they were hired. I’ve seen irate customers come shopping and show dissatisfaction over petty bs and treat workers in the store like second class citizens when some of issues are clearly out of their control, like a stock item being unavailable.
The store is always kept clean and orderly as much as customers like to ravage through the produce department the employees that work their manage to it orderly and clean.
So kudos to everybody that works there, I’ve been a very happy frequent customer.
