I was looking to upgrade to a bigger car and it was a pleasure working with Wally at Lexus Kearny Mesa. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he made sure to keep me updated on the status of the car that was arriving! I thought that I was not going to be able to get the car I wanted, but literally drove off the lot with my favorite car right know in less than a month! If you live in San Diego and you are looking for a great dealer to work with, I would definitely recommend Wally!

The absolute most pleasant car buying experience I could imagine. Richard was so wonderful and and knowledgable and helped us work out a fair deal. Dennis is the best to work with! We had to wait several months for our new NX 450h+ but he stayed in contact throughout the time, offering updates, as we moved from 50 on the waitlist to finally #1.

As for the sale itself, it was a smooth process. The finance guys were friendly and helpful too. I actually forgot to ask the the California $750 clean fuel rebate, but when I went back the next day, they redid the paperwork for me so I saved the $750.

And the car?? This is our first Lexus but it certainly won’t be our last. We love it!

Great experience! Looked high and low for a car, was given terrible offers until I came here. Richard helped me out and worked with me to be sure I got everything I wanted and needed.
