DO Not Trust Ms. Lotfi. She lied to us for last 4 months. She was suppose to send our passport and birth certificate ( mine and my sisters) to embassy of Iran over night that we have paid for it. She gave all our documents to a stranger to deliver without our authorizations. This person was missing for few months and embassy did not have our passport and our papers. and none of us still sure what happened to this important Doc"s. during in this period. Finally after 3 months we heard from her that she was able to get our doc's back and sending it to embassy of Iran. No refund was made to us for all the money she charged.

She is the most dishonest Iranian I have come to know. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS WITH HER. She has lied to me over my documents for the past three months. I still do not have my documents and can not get a true answer out of her. I am warning you, Do not trust her.
