Walmart

Tom in customer service was great. He really helped me when I needed it and made my day better. Went out of his way to go above and beyond. I was really in a rush today and he saved my time frame. Give him a raise. He is killing the game.

I can always find what sinned at Walmart. This time I needed a gift for a coworker moving to Hawaii. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bunch of San Diego team gear (Padres, Aztecs etc.) to help remind him of where he was coming from…he loved it!

This Walmart is definitely unlike any others I've visited, in San Diego or other states! I was quite taken with how clean and organized the store was, how friendly the employees were, and how it did not in any way feel "ghetto" or "gross" (which is how Walmarts usually feel to me unfortunately). This particular store is obviously well managed, well maintained, and consideration taken to hire professional friendly staff. I can't believe I'm giving a Walmart 5 stars, but just walked away unbelieving that I was just in a Walmart! Hope they keep it up. Although corporate, this location is definitely a community gem.

Friendly ladies at the register during my visit early this morning. Store is well stocked of my necessities each time I visit this location.

They have very good prices and friendly. However you get a free freak show each time. I only go there when absolutely necessary. It's not Walmart in general because you really do have nice people there. It's the people that go there and the homeless population outside that are normally deranged to some capacity.

Jesus & Irving was amazing. We brought a group of 30 and they took fantastic care of us. Made the birthday fun, provided great service and made this the BEST STOP YET. Even though we were sopping wet from the Cyclone, we danced our faces off! WIll defiantly repeat.

Say what you want about Walmart, this place has it all under one roof and at affordable prices. In an ever changing economy, they are the leaders in good quality for a reasonable price.

Really cool spot to shop. It gets pretty busy, but it does move quite efficiently. What I find most impressive is the freshness of the produce and always well stocked. Great place to do all or most of your shopping done.

It's one of the cleanest walmarts I've seen! It was fairly early when I went, and it was empty. It took me longer to shop than it did to pay, and that's a first in my book!

Huge shout out to Mary and Mark! Today I purchased a grill that I hadn't seen the day before. Someone had come by and removed the tag. Mary was able to find the right tag with the correct price all while she had a long line. After getting through the line efficiently Mark came up and asked if I needed help putting in my car. There is no way I would have been able to put it in with him. Mark and Mary made what could have been a really difficult task into a breeze. They were fantastic! Thank you so much!

Store wasn't super busy had a return went smooth no issues found what I needed got assistance quick for items that needed a employee to help unlock case. No complaints

I usually dont go to walmart. However they where the only store that had what I was looking for.
We went to the Grossmont store.
I was utterly impressed with their Christmas gifting section for stocking fillers and little gift sets,. It was insane how much and stocked up this store was.
They had it all from 3 lbs Hershey bars to cole looking Tic Tacs along with classic nostalgic Christmas candies, cakes,cookies etc etc.
Grossmont Walmart is the stocking stuffer oasis.

I went shopping for a BMX themed party with my 2 year old and needed a specific water bottle I was going to use for the kids party favor. I checked the app before I went and it said they were in stock and which aisle it was in which was very helpful.

Upon arriving I was disappointed to find only 1. I needed 28 and the party was in 3 days. Poor planning on my part, however; I asked an associate named John if there was any backstock. He scanned the item and said give me a moment. It may take a while.

Wow! It honestly took a while BUT I was patient and it paid off!! John and one of his fellow employees kindly searched high and low for these water bottles. They went out to the truck and found them for me. Nowadays NO ONE does that type of service anymore. I am beyond thankful for the kindness, service, and professionalism to make a customer happy. Thank you John and friend! You went above and beyond and I am very grateful. The favors worked out great!

Julio in the Walmart phones dept was awesome and extremely efficient in helping me make my purchase as well as decide to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro Max from 128GB to 256 GB. I am trading in a 13 Pro Max 128 GB. They have a great Black Friday deal every year so with 3 hours left on Sunday I decided to make the upgrade and got a new IPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB, a $1000 trade in from ATT and the bonus is the $400 gift card from Walmart. Great deal and it went quickly even with the computer system and printer giving him problems! Thanks for the deal Walmart and the professionalism Julio!

First time at this store at Claremont Mesa, I will absolutely go back to this store and do my shopping there.
