I just went to this shop today for the first time to get batteries for 4 different watches. Was greeted by the friendliest staff. I had some rare and unique watches and they explained to me that they were able to fix all of them. They are super knowledgeable on all types of watches and were able to tell me the estimated cost for the whole job before I left the store. It only took them 1 hour to get this all done and the price for all four was super reasonable. I am so glad I found this place as I have a lot of watches and this will be my goto place from now on with any jewelry or watch repairs!!

I've been in a couple times, most recently to have a diamond ring re-sized, re-shaped and a loose setting fixed. The work was flawless and I had my ring back a little earlier than expected, even with a holiday weekend in between drop off and pick up! My boyfriend brought in some old watches that weren't working and, instead of accepting them and sending a bill for over $400, they gave him some free advice that got them working again. That cements Time Wise as a quality, professional shop and my go-to for all future watch and jewelry needs. Thank you!

Thank you, Time Wise Jewelers, for repairing my wedding band that I had been unable to wear for years when the diamond fell out after more than 20 years of wearing the ring. For whatever reason, various jewelers in Riverside County, where I live, didn't want to touch the ring for reasons I never understood. I went to a jewelry repair place in the local mall in Temecula and while they charged me over a hundred dollars to put the stone back in, and they did some work on the prongs, the work they did lasted just a couple of months. So after not wearing the ring for years, I finally decided to have it fixed. I happened to be in San Diego and while I initially went to another jeweler for a quote, the jeweler was not in and I would have to wait for the quote. I found Time Wise online and not only was the jeweler in, she was amazing to work with. In a couple of weeks, I had my ring back with a new housing for the stone. They sized the ring perfectly (since I had put some pounds on since last wearing the ring, lol) and I'm very excited every time I put my ring on to know that quality work was done on the ring. Thank you Time Wise!!

Time Wise is the best! Stephanie helped me get a new ring I purchased somewhere else resized and also my great grandmothers ring fixed up. I appreciated her keen eye to detail with a family heirloom that is 100+ years old. She recommended reinforcing the prongs to protect the stone better and it was extremely affordable to do.

Josh helped me create a custom ring based on a low quality one I found elsewhere. I appreciated his honestly and his knowledge surrounding the design process, metal types, and the longevity of the piece. I think other jewelers may have had less integrity and promised me they could resize the ring I found, which was gold vermeil, and cashed in on the process but Josh was up front that it was more worth my money to have it created the way I want it in solid gold.

I also have a necklace I will be making for my mom's birthday and for a simple piece they had more options than I know what to do with! lol They also have a wonderful estate section with quality pieces at a discounted price. I could tell a lot of them are one of a kind and very unique. Josh also polished up my grandmother's wedding band for me and I was SHOCKED at how shiny he was able to get it with just a "mediocre" buff!

Safe to say Time Wise is my new spot for all my jewelry needs and I look forward to the many pieces I will have from them!

Every piece of jewelry I've bought from Time Wise has been absolutely amazing quality at more than fair prices! I get compliments on their pieces every time I wear them. The girls that work there are very knowledgeable and always so sweet whether I'm in there to buy multiple pieces, or just get my boyfriends watch adjusted.

I’ve shopped at Time Wise Jewelers for several years and always been happy with their work and the effort the staff make to help you find just what you want. I bought a gold chain necklace for my husband back in the early eighties and since I’ve been widowed it was just sitting in my jewelry box. It was Christmas time and I wanted a keepsake gift that would be a meaningful remembrance for my daughters of their Pop. So I asked Yadira at Time Wise if they could make two bracelets. No problem. I had two 1 inch chains left and asked if I could get earrings made. Yadira had done that very thing and showed me a picture of hers! When I picked mine up she was wearing hers so I could see them. Such a nice personal touch. The reaction of my daughters receiving the bracelets was touching and so worthwhile.
I did buy a couple of other pieces of jewelry too. This is a nice place to shop with such a friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices.

I wanted to have a diamond ring made for my wife with a specific design in mind. When Time Wise was changing ownership and having a sale to reduce inventory, I was curious. I actually went in to look at watches and walked out with an amazing diamond stone. Just so happened the new owner, Stephanie, waited on me. I ask if they designed rings. Stephanie's reply was "it was one of her favorite things to do". Two weeks later I was discussing my idea with Stephanie and 3 prototypes later the most amazing ring I have ever seen was in front of me. It was definitely the "WOW" factor. It was so much more than I ever expected.

My fiance and I came in to get some custom rings made. Our experience was outstanding. I cannot express how awesome our experience was working with Time Wise.

Neither of us are very knowledgeable about jewelry so we are so thankful to get the help and professional opinions from Stephanie. She assisted us every step of the way, making this process my favorite experience of our wedding journey! She truly is incredible at her job. She was able to find the perfect garnet to add to an existing gold band for my fiance... it seriously looks as if the stone was meant for that ring! The results far exceeded our expectations.

For my ring, I showed her a reference photo. Not only did she nail it but she also was able to make it my own, not just a replica. Stephanie helped me customize a white gold mounting and pick out the perfect stones. I wanted something simple yet nonconventional. She was able to bring that vision to life for me. I adore the results.

We are so happy with our rings, we still cannot stop staring at them! It was a really fun process and I cannot wait for the opportunity to be able to work them again on another project.

Time Wise Jewelers is one of rare circumstances where the new version is actually better than the old version – not that I in any way disparage the old owners. The old owners were wonderful but the new owners are wonderfullerˏ at least for our family.

I've peppered TWJ v.2.0 with a pretty strange assortment of repair requests recentlyˏ and if they can’t do it themselvesˏ they have access to an array of artisans who can. [Considerˏ if you willˏ that TWJ v.2.0 rescued a hundred-year-old pocket watch thoughtlessly SUPERGLUED shut at some terrible point in its past.] Prices are really goodˏ and items are returned meticulously cleaned and polished. They have a beautiful array of pieces [and prices} on site for all genders. I am notˏ by any stretch of the imaginationˏ a big jewelry ownerˏ but for meˏ having a jeweler I trust is as important as a car mechanic or dentist I trust. I'll never go anywhere else.

Just love this place! I’ve known of this place since I was a child and in the passing of my husband, father and mother in the past nine years, I had been given pieces of jewelry and wanted to combine them into a memorable memory representing all of them . Stephinie did it and the set included me too....
