We went to Jared‘s twice now, and I’ve got two beautiful rings to show for it. The employees are wonderful. They give their best to help with what you’re looking for. They remember us when we come back to pick up our pieces. It’s been a wonderful experience I will definitely go back.

My mom lost an heirloom diamond ring her mother had given her, while planting flowers at her parents gravesite Memorial Weekend. The ring had been insured several years ago but the replacement value wasn't up to date. The folks at Jared couldn't have been kinder or worked any harder to help her find a substitution that was in her insurance company's price range. Kyle M at the Jared of Jordan creek is THE BEST!! I bought this ring 8 years ago here in Des Moines and it was very special to me. I lost a diamond out of it recently and I went to my local Jared in Saint Louis let’s just say that wasn’t a good experience. So when I was home for thanksgiving I went in to the Jordan Creek location to get the service I know and love. I have worked with Kyle M and his jeweler Rich for a long time and once again they made it my day! Not only is my ring fixed. It looks brand new! Every single prong was inspected and repaired. It means a lot to me that they heard my concerns and they took my desires for my ring and made the repair a reality. I also wanted to say Kyle has continued to impress me with his professional care and attention to all my jewelry desires. These earrings were picked out 7.5 years ago for my wedding and they have been worn almost everyday since. I was in search for a unique and classy gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday. She is a teenager and incredibly picky. My daughter isn't one to wear jewelry but she's at an age where she will be needing nicer things for her participating events.
Victoria Eckley with Jared's had some amazing ideas for my daughter! After some good conversations and assistance, I chose a necklace and ring combination. They were my daughter's birthstone, dainty, classy, and a statement maker. To my delight, my daughter LOVED the set!!! I couldn't have done this without the help of Victoria. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I will definately be back as a returning customer.

Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about this store and Amy M. She is the absolute best! I've purchased a number of items from her including one incredible anniversary ring most recently! She does nothing but advocate for her customers and she will never let you walk away with anything that isn't absolutely fabulous and perfect. Again highly recommend this story and Amy.
