Nordstrom Rack

This location is super clean and organized. Excellent selection of high quality merchandise at good prices. I had been shopping at the location in Rosemont IL and this one is so much nicer! Love the surrounding area also and parking is easy to find.

Found some great clothing & shoes. But was most impressed by our cashier... Jacob P was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

I found the cutest purse for a steal! Annnnnnnd they have little mini bottles of jimmy choo I can carry in my purse!!! It was a win win for my one day out during quarantine.

Just wanted to drop a quick review of our recent visit to the Mall of America Nordstrom Rack. Normally wouldn’t write a review of a mall or retail store, but the woman who checked us out, India, struck us as so wonderful. She was super kind to our daughter despite a busy check out. But the part that was great…a young woman walked up to her while we were checking out asking if she knew the number for security, as she had lost her cousin. India jumped into action, not missing a beat, calling immediately and taking care of the situation. Turns out all was well with the boy, but we were just super impressed with her. Nice going!

Nice selection and staff were extremely helpful

Great selection of items, especially shoes. I have big feet and I can usually find a nice pair of shoes here for either leisure or work, sometimes even workout shoes. The men's clothes is smaller than the ladies, but if you look there is lots of great selections here too. Staff is awesome.

Great products for great value.

Store was full, had many gift sets on display for the holiday season. It was organized and well lit. I bought two Designer jackets for my son. He and I are both happy. Check out was smooth and streamlined. Designer items at affordable prices. Its a wonderful treasure hunt you never know what you might find.

Lot of name brands overstocked so hard to pick or find things to buy

First time in this physical store. Had some items to return that I bought for Birthday presents that di not fit. A little disorienting at first since there is only 1 cash register, but got everything taken care of quickly and easily. I only saw one employee on the floor which was a bit odd. We shopped and made other purchases and were satisfied. Will go back again to look around a bit more.

First time in this store, and loved it. Fantastic variety of styles and brands for my wife and son. Did not see Tall size clothes, but still a great visit.

Store was much larger than I expected for a Nordstrom Outlet, wide selection of mens, womens and some childrens clothing, shoes and other accessories. Great selection of name brand items at some great prices but it does take some time to find what you're looking for. If you're patient and don't mind browsing then you can find some great deals.

I normally shop on line when I buy shoes/clothing from Nordstrom's. However, I accidentally ordered the same pair twice (I didn't think the 1st order went through, lol) and had to return that pair, along with another pair that ran large and they didn't have any smaller sizes left.

It was my first trip into The Rack. I didn't know the layout of their shoes. Fortunately for me, a clerk named Christian offered to show me the lay of the land.
He was incredibly helpful, I felt like I had my own personal shopper. He ran around looking for shoes that I might like and also checked to see if they had shoes in my size.
He spent a lot of time with me & I was able to leave with seven pairs of shoes in place of the two I returned. I also had a $20 Nordy Note that I applied.

They have incredible prices. If you don't mind the possibility of not having a box lid or a box, (the low prices make up for that) you should check this store out. At first glance, I didn't think I'd like this store, it is layed out like a discount place (which it is) with winter, spring, summer items all mixed together.
But the prices on brand name shoes made up for that. Plus, I had the wonderful Christian to help me find everything that I was looking for.

The very next day I received two orders of shoes from Nordstrom's. One pair I somehow didn't notice only came in wides and I accidentally ordered a duplicate pair of shoes again, lol.
I went right back to The Rack and asked for Christian. Once again, with his help, I was able to find 4 pairs of shoes to replace the two I returned. This time I had to pay some additional funds, but every pair was name brand and expensive shoes originally.
I got a $500 pair for $130, terrific savings, as I have never spent $500 on one pair of shoes before.

The clerks working the registers, both days, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only professional but very personable as well. It really makes you feel welcomed when clerks have a sense of humor and don't act like robots.

My only concern, I may become addicted to this place. Along as they have the staff they do, the prices they have and the inventory, it might become my second home, lol.
Now, I have to go back and check out their clothes, something I haven't experienced yet.

If you haven't been to The Rack, I highly recommend you stopping in. Heck, you might even want to ask for Christian, he's the only one that I can vouch for.

Every Nordstrom Rack I've ever been to is always great. And this one is no different! Great, helpful employees and even better deals!
Tip: if the line is too long, just find anyone in a green shirt and you can use them to check-out with a credit card!

My daughter and I stopped here to look for a sweater to wear over her dress for a school music concert. After being in the store for five minutes, she already had found one. There are so many things to look at, I needed a lot more time. I will definitely stop the next time I get to Des Moines.

Very good discounted prices on some of the best brands. Bought twice as much as I could have at a regular department store. Love this place.

They always good sales on shoes and work clothes. There website is even better! The store is large as is the parking. Staff is helpful. I recently had the need to return an item and it was quick and easy
