Kohl's

I'm not a big shopper, but of the stores I've been to, Kohl's is the best. It has good quality merchandise, great variety, and knowledgeable staff. It was the only place I needed to go for Christmas shopping. I found something for everyone on my list, at a good price.

Kohls on Mills Civic has the best customer service ever! They had a lot of diverse inventory and I have never been disappointed with that store or actually any of the Kohls stores. A real pleasure to shop there.

Kohl’s has a nice selection of merchandise and clothing sizes, plus a little of everything for the home. It was a great place to go Christmas shopping with their great variety and quality.

Kohl's is a great place to shop for clothes, kitchen appliances, and furniture. They have a great selection of clothes for all ages. Their business wear is one of the best in West Des Moines with many business brand. In all it is a great place to shop. After shopping, you might be starving, so, there is a Chick-Fil-A walking distance from Kohl's.

Went into look at mens cologne. Was helped by the most wonderful young lady. She was so kind helpful and patient. Was very helpful in assisting me getting my cologne. I was very impressed with her. My only regret is I didn't get her name.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Just went to hang out with a friend while she shopped.

Store employees were so friendly and helpful, especially Kristy.

The people here were very helpful. The price for the item I wanted was different on two different tags. The staff member told me to take a picture of the smaller one and show them up front since it was their mistake. Then, he reprogrammed the tag after he let me take the picture. I'd say that's regal customer service!

Went in to return some items. I figured I would burn some time and return some stuff and shop but everything went so smooth, I mean seriously.... Kohls-- you have a return today Myself-- yes Kohls -- ok, looks at receipt and says of we put $$$back on your kohls card .. no questions asked. and I was out of there. Thank you to customer service lady at west Des Moines kohls today. your kindness was much appreciated this morning.

Very clean and well put together store.

So I had an Amazon return and went in for that reason. Process was simple and they gave me 5.00 credit to an in store purchase with the return. Decided to get my daughter a little toy, saved some money, browny points with her so win win win :-)

I haven't shopped at Kohl's in several years but last night I called several stores looking for a particular shoe, each person I talked to was very helpful , starting at the Ankeny store, Merle Hay and finally found them at the Kohls on Mill Civic Pkwy. When I got there they had been put on hold, per my request. They fit and the clerks were super friendly and helpful. Thank you

I just wanted to write that I had an amazing experience with the managers at this store. Kristi and Eric truly made our day and our kids day. You have no idea how much it meant to us that you were both so kind and generous. If only you knew all we have been through this year you would truly understand how much u truly touched our hearts. I never in a million years could ever thank you in words. All I ever care about is my kids happiness and my husbands and You made my kids so happy and had my husband and I tearing up with all your kindness.
