Dunkin'

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for about 5 years now, I love them! My order has always been great, but really it’s the service I get. Everyone who works there is always SO nice and always so quick. Thanks to everyone who works there, you guys are amazing! :)

I love their iced coffee. I might be addicted, but it's okay. Everytime I go through the drive-thru the employees are super nice. They make me feel like they mean it when they tell me to have a good day.

New dunkin customer, my friend told me to try the cookie butter cold brew. I love all the staff here my order hasn’t been wrong since I started coming. Drive thru is fast and mobiles are done fast aswell. (Obviously don’t show up right after you place it show up like 10-15 mins after you order it- it’s called order ahead for a reason not order outside and walk inside) food is also good, love the bagel bites 🙂

Not sure if the donuts here are made differently than other Dunkin locations, but it is absolutely delicious (West Des Moines)!!!

My coffee order is always right, the staff is kind, and the wait is always short.

Grubhub did not make sure our order was complete. It takes a few seconds to look and see when you have 2 gallons of coffee to make sure that cups, creamer and sugar is also included in the order.

Anyways, I called this location back after we received our order and they quickly delivered the rest of the order. I don’t know who’s mistake this really was but I was much more impressed with how it was handled regardless. This is going above and beyond and you were absolutely appreciated for your effort. Thank you!

This West Des Moines DD is a fantastic find! Plenty of smiles from those behind the counter, my coffee was done correctly, and the breakfast wraps were great and did not take long. There was a pretty long line in drive through so I opted to step in - good call in my part. I was in and out in minutes.

The staff always put a smile on my face. They are friendly and its apparent they love thier jobs. The food is fresh and delicious. The resturant is clean. To top off everything they offer senior discounts. What are you waiting for go give them a try.

I stop at this DD on my way to work a few times every month, just whenever I want something awesome to drink. Despite only stopping a few times a month, the drive-thru people recognize me and greet me warmly every time. They are great!

One of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited in the last ten years. The coffee was fantastic and the chocolate glazed donuts were the most delicious ones I've had. My wife and I were traveling through West Des Moines and I wish we had a Dunkin Donuts store this good in our area.

Pretty standard Dunkin Donuts... although maybe slightly nicer? Staff are usually friendly, and they always get my order right. I'm always happy with my iced latte and whatever food I order.

Staff are amazing and super friendly. Unfortunately this location is loved by everyone and they run out of many things very often. Hopefully another location opens up near by to help the long lines and supply issues.

Awesome customer service here. Stopped here today to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee and Megan was working the drive thru.. she was very upbeat and friendly. Very impressed!

One of the best Dunkin’s in the area. Unbelievably fast, blew threw a line of 20 cars in 5 min. Friend staff as well

I love their iced coffee and the service is always great! Drive through is a little tight for pickup trucks but I have been through it enough for it not to be a issue. Keep up the good work!

Deliciousness served in a fast and friendly environment. Don't forget to grab an iced macchiato and there is an array of flavors to choose for your iced coffe.

I went during their busiest time and they still got me out pretty quick. And the quality of their food is really good.
