Willis Collision took amazing care of me from The minute I walked in until the minute I came back and picked my vehicle up! They even went above and beyond and drove me to the rental place because the rental place was running behind, that extra effort was greatly appreciated and considerate of my time!

My car is a Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid. It had rear and front damage. I took it to Willis because they sell Lexus, which is a Toyota product. They did a fantastic job. You could never tell there was any damage.

I have unfortunately had a couple of experiences with Willis Collision center due to deer. This has by far been the best dealership and body shop I have ever done business with. The customer service is amazing, the body work is outstanding,communication is great and they treat you like you are the most important customer they have. Can’t recommend it enough.

Got sideswiped 3 days after picking up the car I waited years to buy. Thought I would give Willis a try as their reviews were very good and close to my house. I had hail damage to my 2022 Lexus from a recent storm. The Willis collision center did an excellent job repairing the damage. They also found a piece of damaged window trim that the insurance inspector missed. The work was completed in half the estimated time and was professionally done.

We had a Nissan Pathfinder repaired recently with Willis Collision after a distracted person rammed into the rear of our Pathfinder. Willis Collision was very professional and promptly assisted us throughout this whole process. Jared was our advisor and he was always ready to answer our questions and making sure the repairs needed was outlined in the estimate to there other drivers insurance. Willis Collision even got our vehicle done earlier than anticipated once the parts were available for the repair. We are very satisfied with Willis Collision and will highly recommend them!

Great experience here when I hit a deer October 2021. Kept in contact with me with whatever questions I had while we waited for parts. Took great care of my Ford Ranger and had it looking good as new in under a week. Definitely, definitely recommend to anyone who needs body shop work completed.
