I was (genuinely) helpless trying to haul two 65” TVs home by myself. I didn’t realize my ratchet strap was broken, and I was not wanting to haul them over an hour laying on top of each other if I could help it. While sitting at the stoplight (about to pass by) I decided to turn in and see if I could get some assistance, not only did the gentleman working show me where they were-he offered to help me get them setup for use. I was so thankful I was almost in tears. Even though I probably could’ve put them on myself, I was very nervous. Without even asking the man asked if I could use his help. He came out and helped me strap my TVs down safely. I am forever grateful for this man. I don’t like to rely or ask others for assistance, but his proactive approach at customer service took that anxiety away.

I needed new windshield wipers. I first stopped at Napa bc it was closer to work. After 10 minutes of the only acknowledgment I got asking me if I was with door dash, I left. I went to Oreilly’s where Noah immediately greeted me. He was super kind and up beat. He explained which wipers he recommends for my suv, rang them up, and put them on my vehicle for me. He made my day. We need more Noahs in the world!!!!

Excellent service!!!!!! Kyle was great and very helpful. He put on 3 wiper blades and filled my window washer fluid. He was very patient and kind with me which was just wonderful because I have brain damage.

What a GREAT group of guys and lady!! My catalytic converter got stolen in Des Moines and recently I have been harassed ONLY by the WDMPD for my "noisy" car, saying it is my defective muffler, when I have a muffler!! I went in to see what a cat would cost if I bought one and had a mechanic install it. I ended up talking to Kyle and many others about my options as I am fearful of it getting stolen again. They were all so helpful, and had great personalities. I will make a special trip to this location if I need anything! Very knowledgeable and a true pleasure to get referrals and weigh out my options. Thanks so much!!!

I had a car battery constantly dying, and after a humiliating experience of it dying in the middle of a car wash conveyor and then having to shut it down to jump my car, I drove straight to O’Reilly’s to get a new battery. The assistant manager on duty, I believe his name is Kyle, was SO helpful! He turned my day around with his genuine kindness and ability to assist in every way he could. Thank you so much, I am so grateful!

Store associates are knowledgeable on parts and answering questions in full auto aspect. For me, I have never walked out of the store stil seeking automotive answers

Great group of guys work here. Always happy and polite. Work with you even if you don't have all the info for your vehicle and I have never left with a less clear idea of what I am going to do next with my latest project in evolving the vehicles. They ask if military discount applies which I didn't serve but my dad and grandfather did and it makes me happy to know they probably ask every guest at this location. Like I said great group of guys.

I bought an alternator because I was sure that's what I needed. Ended up not being what I needed and I was able to return it very easily. I like that. And the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I go to the Clive store and Grimes.

I went in for a new battery. The staff were helpful and quick with suggestions. The prices were in line with expectations, and most surprisingly, they actually install the battery for you for free!
I was very pleased with the service, price, and overall experience.

O went there to to get a headlight bulb for my jeep. Well come to find out they replace it for you. I was like that's awesome. I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was very and replaced bulb on my jeep. I will give this store a 5 star review

Ugh I love this place. Even with the stereotype and the assumption this is ricer headquarters, this place sells really good parts for really any job or car. This place has detailing products as well as mufflers, car covers, batteries and anything in between as well as tools upon tools, anyone who wants or needs their car fixed go here.

VERY sluggish start this morning (in my warm garage) so I was afraid my factory-installed five year old battery was dying. I ended up here when the Subaru dealership a block away (where I bought my vehicle), couldn't commit to getting me in and out of the shop in one day. O'Reilly's tested my battery, which was indeed bad. I bought a new battery and they installed it for no additional charge - - they even did the magic thing where they keep the car running and all of my settings were retained. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Who knew? Thank goodness for O'Reilly's. The entire experience was great!

The guy working was very helpful. Came out and checked my check engine light code and talked shop. Also found a light bulb for my license plate that was burned out for me.

I needed 2 truck batteries, and they were more than helpful obtaining them.
All in all, it was a very positive experience for me.
