AT&T Store

Jacob helped my husband and I switch from Verizon and made it so each and quick! He was the only one at the store but handled situations really well making sure to keep checking on everyone and us at the same time! Great customer service and I was very impressed! Thanks Jacob!

As soon as I stepped in I was greeted with the most friendly, and helpful employees! I needed help with my phone plan and they were able see to it that all my concerns were taken care of, and that all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend going to this store if you have AT&T, they are just wonderful and will help you every step of the way !

Very helpful, friendly, and patient. Had to transfer info from a new device to an older one since I had broken the screen on the newer one. I was assisted throughout all the steps and helped with getting a more affordable plan. The individual who helped, I apologize for not remembering your name, was fantastic. He was relatively new but was extremely informative. Much appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They paid attention to my issues and were able to resolve them and were very kind to my son while I took care of my account! Will be recommending others here.

My fiancé and I were due for an upgrade for a long time. We had the iPhone 7 Plus for a while. Came in to see about getting iPhone 11 Pro Max. Our rep was Cece and she was very helpful! The manager was there, too, assisting another customer and still available to help our rep. She showed us comparisons on how much it would be to keep our same plan and just buy the phones, along with upgrading to unlimited with a discount on the phones per month. We got screen protectors also, which she put on for us and it’s done really well. I recommend this store since they were very helpful. They are open in the Outlet Collection mall!

This store has done a complete 360 turn around since Seann has taken over. The staff seems happier to be at work and a lot more motivated. They were quick to help me when I walked in and engaged in conversation while I was waiting for my phone to back up!

Giving 5 stars only because I can't give more - Nidia was such a huge help to my wife and I when we got new phones the other day. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient and friendly with us. I would definitely use this location for your AT&T needs!

I was super impressed with this place, located inside Auburn Outlet Mall when I went there last Saturday. They're under new management so the older reviews don't matter. Total turnaround... Their new manager Seann, and other new guy Christian, were super friendly and helpful. They're setting us up with an incredible deal on Direct TV and I'll update my review later if i can get back here. Very clean store, lots of cool products. They really want to help you get a good deal and are very transparent. AT&T from what i came to understand, is not the most popular plan out there in the Seattle region like verizon for ex and tmobile, but they are all about quality .over having lowest cost. Excited to be doing business with them.

My cell phone was TOALLY dead. Sales rep explained what I needed to (hopefully) do to retrieve pictures, saved phone numbers etc. Had his undivided attention! 2 days later a rep shows up at my door & helps get me all set up! Awesome service!

I gave this store another try and was very impressed. The new management has really improved the customer service here. I was greeted immediately upon entering and they took care of my needs quickly and with a smile. I would definitely recommend this store over others.

Christian was extremely knowledgeable with all ATT/Direct TV packages along with the product. I came into make a payment and I walked out BUNDLED in a good way. Christian has followed up with me just to make sure everything was as expected.
