A truly amazing experience at Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. From the initial call to the time I picked my car up I was treated with nothing but kindness, respect and professionalism. In true Mercedes Benz fashion, I was also treated to the luxurious lounge where I was served refreshments and snacks. All in all a top of the line experience you could come to expect of Mercedes Benz. My service rep Casey went above and beyond, getting me any and all info I requested along with a little more. He was very informative and helpful and was always just a text away whenever I had questions. The level of service provided by Casey at Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I will never take my family vehicle to any other place to be serviced knowing that I can place my full trust in him as well as the techs that work on my car. Last Nov I visited here to address an issue with my ABS system. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood was nothing short of exceptional.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and convenient. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Joshua who patiently listened to my concerns and expertly answered all my questions regarding my vehicle.

The repairs, which included fixing the ABS issue and addressing other steering-related problems, took approximately six hours. Throughout the process, Joshua kept me informed of the progress and ensured that my vehicle received thorough attention.

Three months have passed since the repairs, and I'm delighted to report that my car has been running smoothly without any issues. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by Joshua and the entire service team at the Mercedes-Benz 4S store is commendable.

I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive maintenance or repairs. Thank you to Joshua and the team for their outstanding service.

Mercedes Benz C300 was the only car I ever wanted and since this was my first car, I was a little nervous as this was the biggest investment of my life. However, in came Kat and she made every process super easy to understand. She tracked down the car with the exact build I wanted and was super responsive to all my emails. Right from the first inquiry email to handing me the keys of the car, I was never in doubt that I was dealing with consummate professionals. No markups and got a fair price for my new car. They were also helpful in finding different financing options for me too. Kat has my highest recommendation if you’re looking for a new Mercedes. You will be in good hands. :)

My car was do for maintenance and as always I had the great team at Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood service my car. As always, they did a great job with the preventative maintenance and also found a crack on one of my wheel. Logan was super fast and friendly laying out all of my options. We came to the agreement to replace the rim, with in 4 days Logan had the wheel in the shop and called me to have installed. He did everything very professional and fast, to insure I was safe and my car back on the road.

I am very happy wuthering the Sales and Service team at Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood.

Jourdain did a wonderful job of taking care of getting our 205 C class fixed. As soon as I called he jumped into action and got the necessary part on order. He then called and got the car in as soon as the part came in. I also have to give the technician, Ian kudos for staying late to get the car finished. I appreciate it immensely and that speaks volumes for the professionalism of this dealership. The GM Stephan should be proud. Thank you for your prompt attention and quick turnaround time. As it should be, they under promised and over delivered.

I recently had an issue with my vehicle that turned out to be a manufacturing defect, requiring several visits to the service department to get it properly diagnosed and fixed. It could have been a frustrating experience, but thanks to my service advisor, Josh, it was anything but. Josh was phenomenal throughout the entire process—communicative, understanding, and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction. Despite the challenges posed by the manufacturing issue, it was clear that it wasn't the fault of the service department. They went above and beyond in their efforts to make things right, including providing me with a loaner vehicle for an extended period while they worked closely with Mercedes engineering to diagnose the problem.

Josh's dedication to customer service is a rare find these days. He kept me updated at every step, making sure I knew what was happening and why. His professionalism and empathy made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. I cannot recommend Josh and the service department highly enough. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile (or two) deserves recognition. Excellent experience here! Ms Kat Kingsley was really kind and provided us plenty of constructive suggestions. This store has nearly all options we wanted to test drive, and gave us enough time to test out all vehicles we like. Even though we didn't choose Benz in the end, the experience is top niche!

As a first time MB Owner, and ordering a brand-new ‘custom build’ we had many questions & concerns in the course of the few months transacting with MB of Lynnwood. We can honestly say everyone in this establishment genuinely cares about their customer’s experience at every turn. While the order took a few months to fulfill on the factory-side in Germany as it was a custom-build - it finally got delivered to us - and to our utmost surprise - a month or so early for that matter.

Huge Shout-out to the following:

John Bang and Kevin Lee, our Salespeople were always available to chat, quick to respond to emails & texts and made sure our concerns and worries were addressed to our satisfaction and to our delight.

Christopher Wright, Sales Manager did an amazing job at every turn to make this transaction the best deal possible and at every corner made several concessions to satisfy our needs & wants. When the car arrived a month early our previously arranged financial planning on our end at home got thrown off quite a bit, thru no one’s fault - but Christopher understood our anxiety and not only gave us a couple of extra weeks of grace period to rearrange our financing he also made the numbers most favorable (again) so can we meet our financial obligations with greater ease on delivery-date.

Casey Smith in the Service Team was quite knowledgeable and ready to answer all of our questions about our future service needs and costs so we can plan and budget accordingly.

John MacFarlane in Finance took plenty of time to explain all of our financing options and clearly spelled out our Extended Warranty and Pre-Paid Maintenance options. We got the best rate possible and he made sure of it.

We’ve just brought home our brand-new “Lady’n’Red” and are looking forward to many years of driving this beauty around town.

We’ll be returning again for sure to not only buy our next new MB, but also make and bring referrals!

Absolutely hands-down the best car shopping experience I’ve had. I don’t think I am ever going to another dealership ever again. Even if I move, I’ll drive back to Lynnwood just for the amazing people they have here.

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Mercedes of Lynnwood, and worked with the salesman who was Kevin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner with no sense of a pressure sales atmosphere And he actually went the extra mile to take the car out of the showroom floor for us to test drive. When we came back a few days later to actually purchase the car, Kevin came in on his day off to help make certain everything went smoothly and offered us a few extra items at no charge. He also took the time to explain some of the newer features in the control panel, that were new to us. In short, we were fortunate to have him as our sales representative, and Mercedes is lucky to have him in the same regard.

Casey is super kind and communicated well with me via text throughout the time Lynnwood had our GLB. I think his team thoroughly performed Service B and found all issues with the vehicle. They also made sure they had it long enough to conduct warranty repairs I'd identified of the rear bench and front drivers side wheel well. I have had Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood service my car since I bought E350 in 2016. They have been great to work with and courteous, helpful, and always keep me up on what is needed on my car. You can trust them to give you good advice about the needs, and on upkeep of my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great service department to do the work on your car. Thanks to Tyrone who helped me in my most recent visit to the service center. It was a breeze to work with him. He did go above and beyond in making sure all my queries are answered and I left the service center with a satisfaction that he will take care of my car. He then effectively provided updates on what was happening to the car and gave ETA. I was getting the message that oil level was too high on my car I bought from them last summer when I drove it very far. Very intermittent. I called them about it and Joshua told me to just bring it by and they would adjust the oil level. They got me right in and the problem has not resurfaced. Service was courteous and quick.
