The printing department assisted me with a last minute Easter surprise 2 days before the holiday. Miles kindly walked me through all options and turned my idea into reality. During pick up, Ke’aira and Raven were absolutely pleasant to chat with while they were finishing up my order. Easter was a success and they all made the process quick and easy. I will definitely be returning after such a positive experience.

I am Judy’s husband. The shopping was made easy and fun by the clerk who was completely upbeat and competent to make my shopping smooth and positive. The clerk I am pretty sure was Ellie should be teaching others how to serve customers in her way.

well lit clean store with most everything easy to find. I picked what I wanted online then came in to touch and feel with my coupons and enjoy purchasing face-to-face instead of mail order. Love the face! Keep up the excellent work. You manage inventory well.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Office Max, particularly Ainsley, Ashley, and Miles, who are consistently phenomenal. Their attentiveness and investment in their projects are unparalleled, and they truly deserve all the kudos. I go out of my way to visit this location just to work with the printing staff and benefit from their expertise. They are truly top-notch, and it would be fantastic if the company could provide them with even more updated technology to further enhance their capabilities. Ballard OfficeMax, you are doing a phenomenal job! I would also like to note that their inventory is always well-stocked with high-quality items for both school and office purposes. I cannot recommend this location enough for all your printing needs, back to school supplies, and office snacks in bulk at AMAZING prices. 10/10 for me!

They had what I needed and the store is clean, but the five star review is because Ellie, the cashier, was so upbeat, friendly and efficient that I left with a smile on my face. They should promote her.

The print staff here are excellent. I have never had a bad experience in getting materials printed. Sometimes I have to wait but I am always happy with the results
