Ross Dress for Less

Make sure you keep your husband at home so you can buy everything here. It's the type of store where you arrive with no list, and you somehow leave with a candle, two jackets, a box of candy, and a barbier for your nonexistent daughter. Seriously, the prices are so low and the selection is impressive so it's easy to loose track and make impulse purchases. I have noticed the selection does tend to ebb and flow - around Christmas in particular the selection seems much fuller. Also, this Ross is a lot bigger than the one downtown. There is a parking garage, elevator, and escalator to access the store. I recommend coming here, but keep the credit card at home.

I've never purchased anything at a Ross store, but they have Amazon Drop-off at this location and I've been using it a lot.

First, if you have not tried the Pickup Lockers you might think about it. It's super easy to walk in, scan your item and the door pops open and off you go. You don't have Amazon stuff sitting around on your Porch and you don't have all that Amazon traffic in and out of your House.

Ross has some Security thing where they stop you at the entrance so they can scan your Face, look-up your Criminal Record, review your High School Geometry grades and check your FaceBook page to see if you've been mean to anybody when you broke up with them.

Okay, I'm kidding about most of that but they do stop you and I assume they are getting a good photo of your face or whatever. Anyway, it's a bit odd and I feel sorry for the Loss Prevention folks who have to do that, so I'm always extra nice and chat them up a bit. They are Super Nice in kind and I look forward to seeing my friends at Ross when I go pickup my Amazon do-dads.

Good selection only in beginning of months when they get shipments but staff is always friendly and layout is great. One of my faves

Went to Target first. Big mistake and may return some things. Prices and selection at Ross were far better. Service was friendly and quick. Everything is spaced out rather than everything being all crammed together, which is far more enjoyable. They also have makeshift dressing rooms. Good experience.

The location of this Ross is very cool. I got the best deal on a hardcase Samsonite suitcase that I've needed for a long time. Amazon price was $179 & it was on closeout for $29! Nice employees & very organized store. I'll be back before I leave this Saturday for sure!!

Best time to go to Ross is 1st opens. I got in bought a Seattle Seahawks hoodie for a friend. Got myself some cologne and hangers and got out. I like that security engages the customers and are friendly! The cashiers were friendly and professional. I give them 5 stars but I wish they had way more shoes! Ballard store is clean and lots of parking! Thank you Ballard Ross I will be back!

I'm always amazed at the great deals to be found at Ross. Your going to find quality name brand clothing, housewares, shoes, bedding and bath and even some electronics. For $100 I can leave there with a couple pairs of jeans, a few nice shirts a jacket and some shoes. Nice stuff too!! Literally the same stuff was in the shelves at Nordstrom 6 months earlier for 3 times the price. Great if you have kids too!!

This Ross has been immaculately clean and tidy since they first opened. Clothes are well sorted and easy to find, and there is a fairly good selection despite first appearances. The employees are always friendly, to boot!

Awesome selections. Dangerous b/c I usually walk out with a few unintended products. I’ve scored name brand Leather shoes, Ralph Lauren wool pants, Lancome make- up pallets, Flora Nikroos lingerie, Leather totes, cat supplies, Home decor items, Linens, evening gowns, the list goes on… Great for gifts too!! I check Ross before shopping elsewhere . More cost-effective than Goodwill for new, quality items.

Great selection at this store and it is clean and well organized. I got an amazing dress for 10 dollars that I wore to a wedding I Paris and got so many compliments on. You can always find some great deals on gorgeous items.

It's an amazing place for shopping! I got a ton of cool and spunky clothes for a cheap amount of money. They may be $25 at one store.... But here they are $5-$9!

It's a nice clean store which had a lot of product on the floor. Free parking also. And no long lines .

100% cotton socks are hard to find these days but you can still find them here.
