AT&T Store

I needed three iPhone 15 upgrades for my family. Natalie greeted us and was so helpful. She provided a seamless transition from our old phones to the new ones. Erica was there too. She was also so friendly and helpful. I recommend that everyone should visit them for assistance.

I worked with Alonso and Natalie to get a new phone and retrieve my account, after my phone was stolen while traveling. They were EXCELLENT and I truly felt that they wanted to help me through what was a stressful situation. They not only addressed the issue at hand, but took extra time to improve my account to better meet my needs. I cannot share how much I appreciate the time and care they gave me.

Erica is such a sweet person. We switched our service to ATT and upgraded 4 phones and she made the process painless and easy. She even made sure all our apps and info transferred correctly to the new phones so we didn’t lose anything. She is extremely knowledgeable and found all the discounts we were eligible for. It was by far the best customer service I have experienced. The ATT service is also amazing you won’t be disappointed stop in and see Erica.

Matthew and Natalie were very helpful in upgrading to new phones! We've had iPhone 11's for a few years now and wanted to upgrade to newer phones. We had complications at a few different stores before walking into AT&T an hour before close where Matthew was more than happy to offer us answers and assistance with our complicated transfers. The manager Natalie made sure we had everything we needed. We walked out happy!

Erica was fantastic! I had been trying to fix problems with my iPhone and iPad for 3 days. When I walked in Ericka greeted me. I was so impressed with her calmness and her immediate "No problem, I can fix it" attitude. She was able to fix my issues within minutes and fixed some other issues I didn't know about. Brilliant follow-up service. The only place I go! Highly recommended!!!

Best ATT experience ever! Entire staff was pleasant, patient and profesional. Erica and Tyler went out of their way to be helpful. Not only did they take care of the issue I went in for, they also took initiative to find several other cost saving solutions on my account. It truly was a unique and wonderful experience.

We had a deletion-snafu at the Apple Store and needed the AT&T store to log my husband back in to his new iPhone purchased at the Apple Store. Natalie had my husband logged in and setup in no time. We were so impressed and thankful.

Tyler is an absolutely amazing associate and was incredibly conversational. It felt like we were talking to our friend and not a salesman! He helped us save money as we were being charged for group insurance when we only have 2 phones now. Additonally, he helped us get home tec insurance for our devices at home that are out of warranty. Had we not already had a JBL we probably wouldve bought one! This is one of the best associates I have seen in years and I have been to several AT&T locatian in the Des Moines/West Des Moines area. He was also extremely patient as it took me a while to decide which device to get. He definitely should get a raise or promoted!

Tyler, Kamaron and Erica were all very helpful, profesional and friendly. I really appreciated their attention to detail, patience and willingness to help. They found an error on my bill and asked me about it and then called customer service and had it fixed before I even saw my bill, saving me almost $800! They helped me with a couple of other things while I was there and in the meantime we're pleasant and conversational making the whole experience very positive for me. My thanks to them and AT&T.

We had the BEST customer service from Alonso. Very knowledgeable about products and promotions and got us all set up with phones and watches for a really great price.
