The lady working the day I went was very friendly and very helpful. She was kind and helped me find what I was looking for. It was busy that day and she managed to accommodate us all and was attentive to all of us all by herself. Much kudos to her. I really appreciated her as I went into the store slightly crabby from having a rough start of my day and left happy and in a better mood. Worth a trip to the store. (Don't have my receipt so I can't remember her name, but when I get back to Iowa I will update this review to give credit where credit is due).

My wife was looking for shoes and Ryan was more than willing to help her. She is hard to fit to say the least. Ryan did everything possible to find her the perfect fit. He was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgable. Way above and beyond good service with a smile and pleasant attitude. See Ryan when you are in Skechers!

Was helped finding pair of shoes with requirements that I wanted by this employee. She even mentioned to look at closeout section. This young lady was very helpful all the way thru checkout at the register. Need to keep her as an employee with good skills she has.

They did not have the shoe size I needed and they called another location and had the correct shoes placed on hold. Did not buy anything here that day, but will be back due to the great customer service.

Nice staff clean store typical prices

I want to start by saying it is very hard to find shoes for me. I have large feet for a female and so have an especially difficult time finding decent shoes that dont look like they are for an older man. I decided to try here knowing I have family in the same position and they have found okay shoes here before. I went in around 1pm on a Thursday. They were empty at the time aside from staff. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I explained to Joseph what I was looking for and my size. He showed me to the mens shoes and I was a bit worried but he found several pairs that were more of a gender neutral option and found a few options in my size. He was very friendly and offered info and every option for me. We walked around a bit and were checked out by Alesha. She was also friendly. She asked questions about our order and checked to be sure all the shoes were right. I will definitely be coming back next time I need new shoes. This store made me feel welcomed and appreciated as I shopped and finished my transaction. Thank you all for your help today if you are reading this.

Stopped by the West Des Moines store today with my handicap aunt and the manager Tony went above and beyond to help us. They didn't have two pairs if the shies she wanted but Tony looked up online and found us the shies we want in New Mexico. He got us squared away and both pair are being shipped directly to us fir less then $100. He's the bomb.com. Go Tony!!!

Amazing quality and staff backed up from covid hitting so not a lot of shoe sizes that are needed but their getting back up and going love their shoes.
