My daughter loves this store. The clothes are trendy and cute. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

A few months ago I had bought my daughter a pair of cargo pants and they lasted a month before they ripped. I took them in the store and they were nice enough to give me a full refund. That means a lot to me considering I have to dress a teen daughter lol

This store is a life saver. My guys didn't like any of the clothing stores we used to shop, " too boring", " not cool enough". Rue has all the fashion the cool kids are wearing and their prices are good. We can always find something that everyone approves of and delivery doesn't take long either. Try rue21, you and your high-school kids will be happy.

Staff was friendly and personable. Found some good deals even though they were not marked in store. They rang up at the register. Store was clean and well organized.
