Management was very nice tonight. Very helpful. There was a gentlemen who could not find his vehicle. They called security to help them out. Management went above and beyond.

Took my younger sister there dress shopping, and the staff was there and completely prepared to assist everyone with the hardest decision-making for any teenager, not to mention the parents who dread this time of year.

Clean bright store. I am a big guy and their selection of big man's clothing is very limited.

Service in the men's Department was great . cashier was friendly and informative. Enjoyed my purchases

Always loved Macy's after going there in NYC...had the best time with a couple of friends trying on fancy dresses and clothing! Didn't buy anything but had fun modeling? Lol

Beautiful women's dresses for the holidays on quirky mannequins, fashionably styled ensembles creatively displayed. The first eye catching detail when we entered was a young employee dressed with style, setting a good example for the company, wish we'd got her name, but you can't miss her modern fashion sense and chic
asymmetrical hairstyle!

The lady who helped me was very good knowledge about colognes which is my Forte

Sales lady was very helpful and spent over 20 minutes showing me all the new fragrances that are popular . She was patient and friendly; that's a plus today because most places I enter the sales person is uptight and rushs me because they don't have enough employees to help . Also they made it clear what there rules are to shop in the store .

Order all the time and never have any issues! When my husband and I ordered jeans. We were able to go in-store and exchange with a better discount. So we left with two pair. Amazing customer service experience!

Once again, the customer service at the VV Macy's was outstanding. I had bought a fairly expensive watch last month and the bracelet wouldn't stay together. They jumped right on it for me, exchanged it with the other one they had and reimbursed me for having it professionally sized. I later bought all of my new bedding from them. Thanks to all folks involved.

The supervisor was very helpful and take care of my issues. And the attendant at the handbag was patients with me when it was hard for me to decide on my choices. They make my shopping experience easier.

Went to this store to buy some Elizabeth Arden perfume and get the promotional make up kit that went with it. Upon arriving at the store Lisa at the make up counter informed me that unfortunately this store didn’t carry that. However.... she offered to try to order it for me and have it shipped to my house, which she did and it arrived today. Customer Service like that is rare these days. Thank you Lisa!!! As long as Macy’s keeps hiring people like Lisa, I’ll continue being a customer.

I love Macy's in general so I'm biased but the store was nice. The one in my town closed so it was nice to be able to shop in person rather than online.

Just had great service from Holly & Penny at Tanglewood Macy's. Holly went out of her way to help us find the item we were searching for in the size we needed. Penny helped us get the best possible price at check out. They were both friendly, helpful, professional, & personable. We greatly appreciate the quality service we received at Macy's Tanglewood today.

MAC counter, we were able to help ourselves for the most part and that we are Mac aficionados we knew our way around and precisely what we wanted little to no questions to ask. Sales lady was helpful with product information and was issuing a free lipstick with purchase. Yyyeeeesssss .
