As a person that needs big and tall clothes I can always get them here at a reasonable price

So glad there is still a JCP in the area! Friendly and organized. I wish they had more registers and fitting rooms available.

Brianna helped me in two ways; she found me the items I needed and helped me find them on discount. I sometimes find it difficult to find retail items. She came to the rescue and assisted me in first patiently listening to what my retail requirements were and then she really went (in my opinion) out of her way to help me get those items. I also want to thank her and her fellow retail team members like Kerryann at the cashier desk for their good natured and upbeat rapport.

I want to thank Pam R. for looking and finding me a good pair of shorts in the men’s clearance rack. I sometimes find it difficult in finding retail items; Pam found me an item I could use. She was friendly and eager to help. I also want to thank Nan and Suzanne with the purchase of my items. They exemplified a good professional rapport with me and basically “took care of the customer”.

previous visit:
Had a good visit, needed to return an item I bought on line. Customer Service was good and took care of my returned items. Spoke with the General Manager. Denise assisted me with purchasing a clearance item. I was satisfied with my order.

FYI, I tried to do the JCPenney’s Survey (listed on the bottom of my receipt and the website kept on saying there was an error) several times and was unsuccessful. -I tried several times-. The attempts wasted my time; but otherwise the visit to the store was good.

Love JC Penney . It's something I've grown up with, those names within the store. Loved the lingerie section as well. Great buys this spring.

I really enjoyed my visit to JCPenny thanks to the fine Jewelry associate, Rinkie. She was so pleasant to speak with and she showed me the wedding band options. Rinkie allowed me to take my time, she even advised me on which wedding band matched the clarity of my engagement ring. Rinkie helped me feel very confident and satisfied with the ring I chose. I am so glad I stumbled upon her in the Jewelry department. 10/10, I certainly recommend. Thank you Rinkie!

Picked up online order. Did not experience a long wait, especially considering that now pickup is at the men's register. Time is important to me and I felt like it was not wasted so that's an A+ in my eyes. Cashier was nice as well.

The gentleman that normally works the jewelry section here has been absolutely amazing over the years. He's helped me several times over the years and just helped me again today with something else. He's always so kind and always takes the time to try to help me. That means a lot in today's world.

I've always loved this store! Also, the sales they offer on a lot of their items are too good to pass up, which says a lot about a department store in the mall (usually known for being expensive). They also have a makeup store inside however i unfortunately can't think of the name of it. I want to guess and say Sephora but don't quote me....

Once again as always Peggy in the salon did an outstanding job with the cut and color I had done today. Also Gwen gave me an awesome gel manicure I live for. Perfect results every time. I highly recommend them!!!!

Long lines for black Friday but the associates were very kind, helpful & friendly. They were working as fast as they could while being efficient at scanning your items.

I've been looking for a pair of Levi Jeans for a year,an off size. But JC Penny at Valley View Mall had them. I was so happy. I've been shopping at JC Penny for over 40 years. Keep up the good work. Let's get shoppers in the stores.

Bought shorts online. Did not fit. Went to store and easily exchanged for shorts that fit. Easier process than I expected. And, friendly staff

Great store, love to shop at JC Penney. Great sales. I buy all my hair products there, always have great prices. So nice to have Sephora in this store. Buy all my makeup there and colognes. Manager in Sephora is wonderful. Always so helpful. So happy it has re-opened.

Marshall in the jewelry department is the man to go to, friendly and very helpful

Great store and awsome sales for Christmas...for example last weekend I bought 2 necklace s and 2 earrings sets for 10.00 each when the regular price was 49.99 each that's 200.00 in jewelry for 40.00 now that's a awsome deal... I just love yall... especially this time of year.. and having kids and a big family
