AT&T Store

Jesse took his time, helped me upgrade my phone and lower my bill. What more could you ask for? Perfect customer service!

They took possession of my trade in and told me I would get $1000 trade in in early October 2023. I went back in 6 weeks later because I didn't see the credit and the store had a huge box of phones and my note 10 was in it. It is now Feb 7 2024 and AT&T has not received my trade in so I have not received a dime in trade in compensation. This store is either completely unable to operate and horribly managed or the management is unscrupulous. Either way steer clear.

They lied about contract costs and getting a free phone for switching to them. They are charging me $30 more than what I was promised, I’m paying for the “free” phone, and now because they take forever to show you the actual bill I’m looking at a $350 fee to cancel their service because they lied to me plus however much it will cost me to switch back to Verizon.

Do not go through these liars for you cell service, they will not tell you truth and you will wind up spending hundreds more than what’s promised. I’ve filed an FCC and BBB complaint against them.
