I had not been in store in quite a while. Friendly. Refreshing to see the new design/set up. Beautiful. Love it!

I arrived at Kohl's ready to shop for workout clothing, however Sephora caught my eye and I went in there on my way to try on the stuff I had picked out. The staff member working that day was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me find the perfect moisturizer for my skin based on the answers I provided to her questions. In fact, I was so appreciative of her attentiveness and of the fact she truly wanted to help me, that I ended up re-racking the clothes, and only got the moisturizer from Sephora. I will definitely be shopping at this location again...customer service will win me over EVERY time it is executed properly, and will have me going elsewhere when it isn't. The lady working at Sephora on 1/26 made me a regular customer with her outstanding service! Kudos!

I had a good experience at this Kohl's location. It is very convenient that you can return Khol purchases from Amazon for FREE, and they PACK it and SHIP it FREE. They give you a coupon after.

Also the store is really big and have a big variety of clothes. The clearance area is not that clearance price honestly but overall is good. The costumer service is very busy. The employees are helpful this guy helped me find the costumer service area and they're very fast on costumer service but the lines are still long.

My Kohl’s shopping experience in Winston was great because the cashiers were very friendly and made sure I got the correct discounts!

Went in to purchase an item they the app indicated was in stock. It was not. The manager Shannon, was very helpful and called another location and found it for me.

Shout out for Debora at Kohl’s Hanes Mall Blvd who patiently helped my sister and myself with checking for shoes online that were not in store and also checked us out at the register and bagged blazers in garment bags to protect light color. Excellent customer service!!!🤗🤗🤗

Kohls is a great place for men's, women's and kids clothing for less. Plus they have great holiday decor, cookware and kitchen items at discount plus nice team wear for college and national sports teams. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking restrooms and entrances.
