We were out and about doing laundry at the laundry mat and needed a quick dinner. So on the way home we grabbed three value meals . They were really fast and the food was very hot and fresh.

Yes it’s McDonalds, but our location in Clemmons has always been fast with good customer service. Almost like they hire good people there. Thank you.

I have the app so I visit kinda often and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. We always enjoy our food, especially breakfast! 🥞 ☕

This is one of the cleanest places I've ever been! Even cleaner than a lot of upscale restaurants I've been to. They are doing a wonderful job there! Keep up the good work crew! Wish I knew names to name.

This Mickey'ds is the best. Most of the time the fries are fresh, the burgers 🍔 and shakes are yummy 😋. Breakfast is just as 👍 good.

We are from out of town visiting the area. We actually didn’t eat inside but we used the drive thru. We were amazed at how fast we got our food. We ordered, paid, and immediately got our food! I can’t remember the last time that has happened to us. Great job y’all!!!

First let me say service from China is always outstanding. She smiles so genuinely and will compliment you, ask you how youre doing and she’s just great.
I have stopped at this Clemmons (Winston area) McDonald’s about 6 or 7 times. Every time has been wonderful. I would say this McDonald’s is possibly one of, if not the best I’ve ever visited!
Your food is always hot and fresh. On my last visit I had a crispy chicken and fries, the crispy chicken and fries tasted as if they made it to order! I know it probably wasn’t but they put extra care into making and serving their food at this location!

China, at the drive thru window, was very kind and had a wonderful attitude! The food was hot, fresh, and made exactly how we wanted it!

I go to this location once a week to get sausage biscuits to have a biscuit for the rest of the week for breakfast. (They're actually good reheated in the microwave).
It's so nice to see familiar faces consistently! The lady on the morning crew(sorry I don't know her name) is particularly friendly and super funny. I know I'm going to leave there smiling and that is a great start to my day.The food is always good and the morning crew is always super nice. Service is always fast and accurate.

Best McDonald's in the Winston Salem area. It's open late, the employees are always nice, the food isn't just thrown together, and the restaurant is always clean. When I go to any other McDonald's, I never know what I'm gonna get. But the Lewisville-Clemmons location is consistently the best.

We did not go inside the restaurant but the drive thru service was probably the best I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! Pleasant cashiers and accurate order…plus napkins!!!

A beautifully rebuilt new store. Now offering two ordering lanes, providing faster services. I requested The Quartier Pounder Meal with cheese & a Coke. Enjoyed every bite! Especially the extra hot French Fries!🍟 Tastes like those Good "Ole" Yummy Original Fries, they're back!! 👏🏾 😋😋 👍🏽

Shout out to this store! We stopped for breakfast on 2/17/23 and I felt like it was pre-covid ! Clean, well-staffed, busy, and quick service times. My bagel breakfast sandwich was perfect--yay, it's back!

Very much improved- extremely popular and long lines - service has definitely sped up. The McDonald’s app makes things to much faster and they use it well. The only thing I have noted is that they often have problems with the espresso machine.

Mobile ordering allows you to get through the line (drive thru or front counter) much quicker. Plus there is little to no interaction with the staff! Most of the staff at this location are friendly and know how to smile.

Love the coffee, fries, and service.
