It takes time to thoroughly look at everything because they offer a lot of trendy items! I love this store. Very organized and clean. The checkout line moved at a good pace as they had a few registers open and my cashier was friendly!

I would like to complement two of the staff at the Hanes Mall Blvd location…. As I walked into the store, the employee making the announcements over the radio was extra pleasant and put effort into making her message about donating to St Jude’s at the register very special, she went above and beyond the normal loud speaker “script” and made me want to shop longer and definitely donate to St. Jude’s!

My next compliment goes to Deborah at the register closest to the beginning of the line. She was so very pleasant, even during the beginning of the holiday rush which I know I stressful for employees and customers. I had a lot of fragile items and she took care to wrap each one and make sure they were protected. She was friendly and patient and she reminded me how much kindness helps the holiday rush and stress. She really is an asset to your staff!!! Thank you Deborah!!!

**I visited the store on Tuesday 11/21 in the early evening**

I love having Sister Day. Today we hit Home Goods which is one of our favorite haunts. If you need home decor, this is the place to go. They have lovely items and the prices really can’t be beat. My sister got a beautiful centerpiece for her dining room table. I bought Zoe a puppy toy for only $5.99, a candle for $7.99. The gift bag prices are great and I got a 50”x60” SUPER soft throw for only $20.00. They only have one or two of each item, so if you don’t find what you need, ask when they are getting a new shipment. We have never walked out of this store, empty handed. They have an organized checkout system and the employees are very nice.

Omg . Their selection is the best.
This store is very busy but the line to the cashier moves extremely fast.
The older black cashier lady had the best customer service she even gave my son a sticker.
They also had great deals

Homegoods always has great STUFF. That's a given. The fact that they're counting customers to limit the number to 100, an employee is wiping down carts at the entrance, and all staff AND customers were wearing masks 😷 makes Homegoods my favorite store in the Triad, to date!👏🙌 My faith in humanity is temporarily restored! I SO needed this! Thanks to anyone who was shopping Saturday between ~3:00p.m.-5:00p.m.🥰

They had my item and it was clearanced! Everyone was friendly and Maria Glass was our cashier, and she was super sweet as she checked us out!

Love shopping at HomeGoods, and so does my dog! Love a good dog friendly store. My favorite sections are definitely the dish towels, and the gourmet snacks and seasonings.

I love home goods, it is my favorite place to go for house decor! You can score some really great deals here as well!!! I could shop at this store for hours with no problem! I recommend this store to everyone!

Last Sunday 2/13 …I went to Home Goods looking for lamps . I had two wonderful sweet ladies named Holly and Sydney to assist me while in the store. Both ladies went out their way to make sure I was absolutely satisfied. Sydney was a great help by locating items I couldn’t find. She ended up calling Holly over to get a question answered I had about the lamps. Holly approached me with a warm smile and a sweet Bubbly attitude. I had several questions about the lamps I wanted to purchase. The entire time she was very patient and made sure I left the store happy and pleased with the items I purchased. Thanks to Holly and Sydney for going Above and Beyond to help a satisfy Customer.👍🏾👍🏾

Beautiful store and excellent customer service. I am glad they had the bathroom towels that I needed to match my shower curtains. My room is completely updated now. Great place to shop!

You never know what you’re going to find here, beautiful items to buy around every aisle! Store was clean and shelves were stocked well. Even though the checkout line was reaaally long, we only waited around 5 minutes to check out and there was plenty of items to shop in the line. The associate who checked me out was friendly but freezing as the checkout line was directly hit from front doors opening constantly and it was 32 degrees outside. I’m not sure whose responsibility it was to clear the entrances, sidewalks and parking lot in this shopping center but it was very slick and the sidewalks did not appear to have been scraped.. maybe they were salted? Anyway, HomeGoods provided the anticipated unique and pleasant items to shop as usual. Overall a good visit.

Huge store with so much to offer!

My cousin introduced me to this store I have made several purchases throughout my visits got some beautiful and nice stuff the staff is very friendly and helpful if needed nice clean store so I took one of my friends into the store and she loved it as well and made purchases

I really like HomeGoods. I love to see all the new and neat stuff they have. The store is always decorated so pretty! The store is always clean except the back left corner where sheets, pillows, comforters are. The are usually thrown all around. That is something I find at most HomeGoods store for some odd reason. It is the customers fault the majority of the time. Managers: keep a check on that section and the whole store would look great! I love shopping at HomeGoods!

My happy place!! Probably my favorite store. So much to see and choose from. Always something new and different. Absolutely love, love, love HomeGoods.

My first time visiting. Definitely not my last. I wanted to go up and down every isle. Reasonable prices, unique items. Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to my next shopping experience! But first let's make ( WIN) MEGA MILLIONS!!!
