High prices like every target, but I mean what do we expect. Good staff, helpful with finding things I needed, friendly and willing to approach customers. Obviously this store has some good management in place.

All staff wearing masks. I asked 2 different staff members that were working in different departments questions. Bother were friendly & helpful. The person in the kitchen department was super great at assisting me. They did have a little wait when checking out but it was tolerable since the lines were moving pretty quickly.

Prefer brick and mortar shopping some of the time but will call to see if item I need is in stock. The person who answered, after determining what a bocce ball game is, told me what part of the store it was in, what aisle and row AND what the price was!! Fantastic service!!

The online ordering process from start to finish is excellent with target every time. The folks working at this store are always very helpful and nice that’s not so common anymore. ❤

Order pickup of online purchases is amazing and takes very little time. It is well-organized and has extremely nice people loading your purchases! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this target. It has been my go-to store for everything in these last 2 years. I tend to use the “Drive-Up” option to avoid going into the store which typically leads to me spending more. However, I can’t spend less that $200 even when using the Drive-Up option due to all the quality of their products. I love everything! Anyway, if you have ever not wanted to get out of your car on that hot or rainy day, or if you’re the mom who has to take the kids out and put them back in, like me ugh! You’d definitely benefit from the DriveUp service and there’s typically no wait so give it a try I promise it won’t be your last time.

I love the muffins--Veggies Made Great--and Target is the only store I frequent that has my most loved flavor--Cinnamon Roll! Thanks Target.

Super easy to make returns, do pick up orders, curbside. The store is always clean and the staff is helpful.

This is my favorite Target in my area! Everyone that works here is super friendly and very helpful. This store, every single area, is always immaculate. They have awesome prices, fantastic sales, and a wide selection. Plus I love the new look and the Magnolia section of products.

This Target is usually clean with well-stocked shelves. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy was amazingly professionally helpful and maintained complete composer , thank you CVS for a great woman working at the pharmacy inside of Target .

I had to make a return the day before Christmas Eve. The store was very busy but thanks to the team the line moved quickly, even as a team member was helping out a couple with a complicated return. The couple left the store smiling and so did I. I returned a sweater that was the wrong size and purchased the correct one that had just been discounted. The team member who helped me suggested I put my refund on a gift card so that I could immediately use the funds on the sweater I was purchasing. I happily took her up on that and purchased the sweater with the gift card. I then walked around the store and found a great Christmas gift for my sister. I used the remaining balance on the gift card to pay and left the store feeling quite accomplished! Thanks for everything!

Only a week until Christmas and Target had a nice selection of merchandise on the shelves! The checkout was a little long but the cashiers did a good job moving things along. My cashier was very friendly even though it was in the evening and she'd worked most of her shift.

Store has adequate amount of stock, employees go out of their way to help. Quick checkout

Love to shop at Target! I have shop at Target for decades and I don’t recall ever have a bad experience, I have purchased several different products from clothing, shoes for all ages and genders, home goods, home decor, baby furniture and baby everything, electronics, personal items, kitchen appliances, and etc… and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their products.
When I did have interactions with their employees, they have been respectful, helpful, amiable and productive in attending to my needs at the time.

Target Hanes Mall had all lanes open with actual people. Super convenient to get in and out during a busy season

I have seen positive changes here in response to the long lines. Now, there are more registers open as well as friendly employees asking if you found everything you were looking for upon checking out. Glad to know I can now stop in, get what I need without such long lines (mostly self check out) and better customer service. Kudos to this location’s management and employees for making noticeable changes! :)

Target is my go-to store for almost everything. My only criticism is they no longer do even exchanges. I bought something, needed a different size, and brought it back to exchange the following week. It had been on sale, and when I had to buy it again, I had to pay full price.
