Your technician (Michael) was great and informative, full of knowledge and know with all. I felt very comfortable with all the information received from him today be it one on one or with the other users in the room. With the new machine I received, I'm sure my sleep will improve greatly. My technician, Michael was the absolute best. He took the time to walk me through all the settings on my machine, and let me explore them on my own, too. He answered all my questions promptly and professionally. He fitted me with no issues and explained the benefits of each type of mask. Hands down the best experience I could have asked for.

Called about needing a mask refitting, they were able to get me scheduled in less than 24 (business) hours, and Chuck was wonderful. He listened to what my concerns and issues were with the initial mask fitting I had previously, and was able to quickly recommend an alternative, work with me to get it fitted, and then I was on my way. I definitely appreciated the sense of urgency to see me and provide a solution. Thank you!

Brandon is always courteous and so helpful with delivering my oxygen tanks. Delivered my rollator today and put it together outside in the bitter cold. I do hope Brandon is a permanent member of Adapth Health! He is amazing!!!

The specialist that has worked with me name Brittany has been so nice and helpful with trying to get the right fit mask & always being available to talk with me.

Excellent communication. Went over and above to meet our request to deliver oxygen for my father. Very efficient and processed claim quickly. Great team to work with. They do an excellent job! Another DME agency was going to take 10-14 days to get insurance approval!

What a great class. Dominique was stellar. Very knowledgable and fun. I wasn't going to stay because I've been using a CPAP for many years. I'm glad I did. One can always learn something new. Dominique's personality and sense of humor kept the class interesting. Great idea having these classes. Bravo!!!!

Chuck Nicholson went above and beyond to solve a problem I had with connecting my phone to Air Sense 11. It's rare to find service people that really care like Chuck. The administrative people were also very helpful.

I called AeroCare this morning in need of a replacement oxygen concentrator. They were here before noon with a replacement ! The receptionist was so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for making the experience of upgrading my CPAP device quick and easy! Brittany, the RT, was easy to work with, engaging and knowledgeable.
