Visit Take 5 Oil Change in Clemmons! I had the pleasure of meeting Amy during my last visit. She is the epitome of excellent customer service!! It was a Saturday morning and the shop was really busy. All 3 bays were filled with at least 1 car waiting behind each. That could have been stressful from an employee's perspective, but Amy handled it beautifully. She greeted each person with a warm smile, explained there would be a short wait, and told us that she genuinely appreciated our patience. She even regularly checked on each person between services. (At that point, I would sat there all day just to be around such amazing customer service!)
During my service, Amy, Jack, and Brandon worked together to quickly change my oil, inflate my tires, top off fluids, and clean my windshield. They were professional, kind, and all of them had a great sense of humor. Keep spreading joy, Amy, Jack, and Brandon - it does not go unnoticed! Thank you!

Brandon and his team did an excellent job changing the oil and checking on other quick fixes that my van needed. The rapport between all of the team members was great, with light hearted joking as they worked together to accomplish each job. It made the atmosphere of the shop encouraging. They were all kind and made sure to help me find affordable options for my van.

Great service, they were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. They explained all the benefits of the different options. They also told me about the extra the benefits of being able to stop by anytime before my next oil change to have my fluids checked, topped off, and tire pressure checked. I’m not sure if that is with all of the packages or all of them but I highly recommend them, they were all wonderful.

This store seems to have gone through some turnover with employees and management. Every time I come here there is a different face. Dwayne and Marcus were the technicians working on my car and they did a great job. They offered me a bottle of water and checked everything I asked them to check. I come here because of the military discount as my wife and I both served in the armed forces. I was heading home and I started to smell oil burning. I contacted Amy the store manager and she told me to bring it back by so they could check it. I did just that and they noticed that there some oil on the exhaust that was spilled causing the smell. Just for precautionary measures they changed the oil filter at no charge because there was some oil coming down from there as well. I thanked them for what they did and how I was treated. I will definitely be back. Try to keep these people there. They seem like they want to do a good job and take care of customers. Thanks

Great team work. Little to no wait time. Everyone was very courteous and informative about what they were about to do to my vehicle before they did it. Even offered juice or fruit snacks for my 15 month old grandson who was in his car seat in the back. I had a very pleasant experience. Wish more places offered that kind of service. Thanks guys!!

The new manager, I forget her name unfortunately, is absolutely solid! She is a young black woman who gave wonderful service with passion; I could feel the Holy Spirit in this woman for sure. She is a fantastic addition to the Clemmons Take 5.

This was my first time at this place and the guys were very courteous, helpful, professional and funny. It was great that I could stay in the car while they did the oil change. I will definitely tell my friends and be back when my next oil change is due. Thanks guys.

Great environment, kid friendly. Very nice people. They were very kind to us and even brought out juice to our kids and water for us. I recommend going here anytime for your oil change.

The guys were friendly and explained the various level of oil change packages there are and what is recommended by the car manufacturer. They were upbeat and worked as a team. This is my first visit there since I normally have all of my service done at the dealership, but the dealerships schedule was full for another week and I stopped in Wednesday hefore Thanksgiving and they fit me in and got me back on the road quickly, I was actually on my lunch break from work. These guys are great, work as a team and talk you through everything they are doing.
I will stop in again for sure.

This is the only place I get my oil changed…I always have a wonderful experience- every employee is so nice. Worth the trip from Winston!!! Fast and easy.

The guys working on the afternoon of 12/18/23 were fantastic. They helped me look over the options, explained what they were doing/why, and got me out quickly. Super kind young men with great attitudes. I would definitely recommend this location

I dealt with a technician named Brad in Clemmons, I received excellent service, polite and professional, he explained everything so I didn’t feel like I wasn’t sure what was going on. The other two guys and him made a great team. Between the three of them, I was in and out in like 10 minutes if that long. I will definitely be getting my oil changes there from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first visit to Take 5. My coworker suggested that I try it because she was pleased with the service. I can truly say, I was as well. Jack was very personable. He made sure I was comfortable by offering water. He also made sure to go over my car's inspection with me. He made sure I understood when different maintenance services were due based on my car's mileage. Mack, David and Jamon were fantastic as well. They work hard I can tell, but they have a since of brotherhood where they seem to enjoy working together and doing what they do. Unfortunately, my spill plate came off the day after my service. Ethan, the shop manager, was wonderful and understanding. They got me right in and he assured me that he would have the replacement ordered shortly after the holiday. Now, that being said, nothing beat the fact that when I pulled up, Jack called me by name!😊 That's personal service! You have a returning customer! Be blessed!!!!

I was on the road traveling when I realized I needed an oil change. I've used a Take5 before so I stopped at this one in Clemmons. The service was wonderful, the people were really nice to deal with and I was happy about the whole thing.

I’ve visited this location multiple times for multiple vehicles and they’re always quick, professional and friendly. On my most recent visit, I brought a coupon and it wasn’t registering for some reason(I think their scanner was down?). The staff worked with the coupon and their server and was able to offer my discount. I appreciated their efforts. I’ll be back again and highly recommend it to locals.

The guys were professional and friendly. Jack provided a water when I arrived and kept me informed on the timing. Genesis was very accurate and paid attention to detailed. Everyone was welcoming.

This was my first experience with getting oil like this, and it won't be my last. The technicians were very professional, quick, informative, and non judgemental when I haven't had an oil change done in 3 years. Duane, David, and Guelmi were completely awesome, professional, and made the experience very calming. For a woman with a car you often find that mechanics will take advantage but that was not the case today. I will be back and thank you to the three employees who serviced my vehicle today.

Friendly, competent, polite young men. Always offer bottle of water. All the guys worked well together and seemed to be happy doing their jobs. I was impressed. This is my go-to for oil changes, etc.

I like to give credit where credit is due in this place deserve credit! Everyone was extremely friendly professional and very helpful! My tires were low and they checked them and put pressure in them for free which being handicapped woman I greatly appreciate it! The only negative thing that I do find about it is the price however I did have $17 off coupon which came up to $40 for the oil change and that was to get the very cheapest. They had adequate knowledge about the service - and offered to do a replacement for my filter which I wasn't prepared to have that extra expense so I passed on and they said that it would be fine for at least one more oil change, most other oil change places that I have been to would have just changed the filter and charged me that extra expense without my knowledge so I greatly appreciate the fact that they informed me about it prior to. There was a visiting manager in from Greensboro who is very helpful throughout the process of the oil change. Everyone there seemed very happy and motivated, unlike some oil change places that are not as friendly and seem to always have an attitude so I choose to pay just a little bit more for the atmosphere that this place brings even if it is only just a few short minutes. Thanks guys for a enjoyable oil change I'd highly recommend five stars bravo
