I love this place. I felt welcomed we did wait but not to long and everyone was super friendly but the best person to get your nails done is kam. When I say she look at my inspiration pic and went to work she is amazing

Yesterday was the second time I went there, this time for a fill, with my bellissima ragazza in tow. My schedule is very hectic, and unfortunately, I always forget to make an appt, so being able to walk in is absolutely amazing. Wait time is very minimal, and the work they provide is phenomenal. My daughter and I walked out with a set of nails that are beyond gorgeous. Thank ya'll so very much, and the compliments we receive on our nails have not stopped! I have been very excited to tell people about Friendly Nails and all the amazing staff there. Can't wait to see what kind of art work is done for the next fill. 🙌 🥰

There is a reason why Friendly Nails is voted the best nail salon in winston-salem. The salon itself is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and they do try to accommodate requests. For example, today, I had a pedicure and asked for acrylic overlay on my toes because I wanted my nails a little bit longer. They did it, and I think it looks fantastic. I have been going there for several years now, and I have never been disappointed or left unsatisfied.

I have been here twice and had an amazing experience! This is literally, hands down the absolute best manicure I have ever had before and I’ve been to a ton of local places in Winston. I would recommend Friendly Nails to anyone and everyone! I am hooked. They are thorough, they pay attention to detail and they are efficient!

The salon is immaculate. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be served. But most importantly is the talent and professionalism of the staff. The work is always beautiful and just what I want. Also... the higher quality products that they use have my new set lasting over 3 weeks, sometimes more. They are the best in Winston-Salem.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the nail salon, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. James, in particular, deserves a special mention for the outstanding job he did on my nails. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. My nails have never looked better, and I've received so many compliments on them. I was impressed not only by James' technical expertise but also by his friendly and welcoming demeanor, which made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Though this came up as Winston Salem, I actually went to the Burlington NC location for a pedicure and fill in. The atmosphere is always welcoming as well as the staff. My pedicure was so very relaxing and the tech was very good. My fill in was done after which was quick and neatly done. I will continue to go to this place.

Was looking for a new nail place and my friends recommended Friendly Nails Had a great experience, I got a manicure done and it came out perfect. They did an amazing job on my nails! The salon offers a comfortable and clean restroom facility, ensuring your convenience during your visit. Everything was great from the second I walked in and was greeted.

They take great of you, friendly and I have been pleased with regular mani and pedi! Removed gel polish with extra time and are!

Love this place! It's super cute has great prices, and they pay attention to detail. My gel manicure lasted 3 weeks. I have been twice already and will continue to go. I have recommended it too many people that have complimented my nails. Pedicures are great too!!

Bill did my SNS w/ tips and a French and it looks amazing! He was very fast but didn’t rush and consistently asked me if I was okay with what I was doing to make sure I was happy!

When I got here early Saturday morning the place was packed but they got to me very quickly The staff members take the time to understand your preferences and tailor the service accordingly. Their quality is amazing, I always leave satisfied. Friendly Nails is an amazing place! They did my mani and it turned out great!

I called on Saturday to make an appointment for my mother and I for Sunday at 11 when they first open since we had afternoon plans. The employee stated they get real busy at 11 and could I come at 1pm. I told him we had plans then he asked if we could come at 1030!! 😲 wow - talk about customer service. This place is quite a ways from my house but the people who live nearby are lucky to have such a customer oriented shop! It was very clean. Pedicurist did a great job. I'm not used to paying $30 for basic pedicure but I appreciated him opening early. Pleasant music, clean & attractive decor inside.

I’m so mad I didn’t know about Friendly Nails sooner. I got the cateye nails and they are so beautiful! I love the prices here! The salon's dedication to professionalism is evident in their strict adherence to industry standards. Staffs are kind help suggest ideas if your like me and don't know what to want.

They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Excellent service and the nail techs are awesome. Rate 10/10 for Friendly Nails! I got gel nail polish over 2 & 1/2 weeks ago and it is still on and they look flawless!

I've been to 2 other friendly nails and this by a long shot was the best one I've ever been to. The lady that did my nails was dedicated and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I will be coming back I found my home!!!

I love this salon! Don is amazing, he has done my dip manicure multiple times and they come out perfect. He’s super kind, professional and talented! My nails last for almost a month, and he gives amazing pedicures too. Thanks Don!
