Had a great experience at this location the second time I came. Had to get the right associate I guess. But let me tell ya Kelsey Howard was amazing. She stuck with me the whole time to make sure my phone transfer process went smoothly. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful and polite. If you go to this location, ask for Kelsey!!!!

I went into get a phone, Justin came over and helped me. Pleasant experience and amazing customer service. Justin made my experience a great one. I definitely recommend him for any help you may need.

I had a superior experience at the Hanes Mall ATT location. My phone died and Zemaris was terrific. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and seamlessly got my new phone up and going, all the while helping her coworkers with their clients. 10/10 experience.

Kelsey and Dwayne were awesome!!! So patient and informative! My family and I came in prepared to cancel our line in order to switch to T-mobile but they went above and beyond PLUS we connected the cellular service on our daughters apple watch.

The gentleman who helped me was named Bobby Gray. He had excellent customer service skills. Bobby was polite, genuine, and incredibly knowledgeable.

My husband and I went in this store and was helped so much by Kelsey after being at the Stratford store and being treated rudely, Kelsey helped us upgrade three phones with added discounts and was so very helpful , I'd highly recommend going here and do not go to the one on Stratford.

Ismail was awesome took care of me 100% , only two associates to help customers had to wait sometime just sad a company as big as ATT were making their customers wait that long.

The store was busy. I was acknowledged immediately and had to wait a few minutes while other clients were assisted. The young man that assisted me was knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure I got the phone and plan I needed. Good job!

I needed advice on getting better cell service and I needed to pay my bill until I could do autopay. I was greeted immediately and got everything I needed within 15 minutes. It was great service!!!
