Big Lots

This location gets a 5 star rating from me. I LOVE the variety of selected items at this place. My only purpose for shopping here today, was for a few food, household and ladies products. I came in at the right time; P&G brand products had a store promotion; buy $30 or more of their branded products such as Pantene, Tide, Gain, Downy, Charmin's and or Colgate products and they'll mail you a $10 Big Lots gift card, with proof of purchase. I didn't hesitate to take advantage of that offer, and stocked up on household goods. I love a good deal. Also, this store has numerous hard to find sparkling drinks, flour, and good ole' fashioned craft sodas in the glass bottles. I can't forget to add an honorable mention of their broad selection of furniture such as living room sectionals, bed frames, mattresses, and dining sets.

Got to love big lots. Great place to shop, great atmosphere, well stocked, clean, great people who work here. Has a little bit of everything, and great prices! That is huge to me. Thank you:

It was great going to this location.

My cousin was getting furniture there and I was on the phone with her as I spoke to the man... went spoke to all the different salesman... they were all patient and furniture is pretty well priced ! And actually pretty good quality also ! My crazy cousin saved a lot of money lol glad for her! And I am glad I did t have to go around town.. ! .. got everything here... oh you don't know... how glad I was !

Found something my daughter has been wanting desperately BUT could NEVER find!!! ALSO had big bag of her favorite candies. Yay for mom their big bags of Halloween candy is half off.

I have bought a living room and dining room from this location. I went today to buy a usb block and a cable for my earbuds. The manager was very busy but stopped to help me and it took a few minutes. Excellent Customer service!!!!!!

They didn’t have everything I needed but it’s a good store with good prices on the things that I did buy.

Always enjoy shopping here they always have unique stuff sometimes stuff that you don't see anywhere else staff is great and helpful if needed keep up the good work

I haven't been to a Big Lots in years, and I must say it has improved a great deal. Much better than I anticipated or expected.

This is the biggest, CLEANEST Big Lots I've ever been in. The young lady at the check out was friendly and helpful. The young man who helped my mother pick out her recliner was beyond awesome. He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and over all very kind and friendly. Shout out to Ian.

Found everything I needed and more. Decent prices

I like the store has a variety of household items, the new store that is in the hanes mall, is very well organized, and in home and kitchen furniture as well as garden furniture has a variety of prices, in room set there are variety of models and prices, at this time there are offers of discounts, I went to buy some garden furniture and had 40% less than
marked price. The customer's attention is very very good, you can ask any employee in the aisle or the cash registers and they will attend you in a very good way, in my case at the time of buying the furniture was not in the store inventory, but the Store staff told me in which other store they had it, and the other option was that the nearest store would send me the furniture, which for me was better. Until the moment of removing the furniture they were kind, I only waited for about 5 minutes while they attended to another client, then they helped me to assemble the furniture in my truck, which I thanked because I had a backache that did not allow me to force. Very grateful for your attention and for the success to follow. And take advantage of offers and discounts

Stephanie in furniture was AWESOME!!! VERY HELPFUL!!. After receiving not so good customer service at the Mt Airy location she helped us and we got what we needed. If management reads this she deserves a raise and/or promotion! Thank you Stephanie!
