AT&T Store

I recently went into the store for help with my AT&T service. The manager Vanessa was very nice and very informative. I really recommend coming to her for any issues you’re having with your cell phone service or AT&T needs. The customer service reps here are very helpful and they are super patient with you.

Eric, Fernando, and Angela went above and beyond to help with issues activating a prepaid SIM card. We're grateful they took the time and effort to diagnose the issue and navigate customer service. They've been a great help!

I called ATT to transfer my existing phone number to a new service provider and I agreed to pay off my phone which was on installment plan. But after 48 hours my phone is still locked. I wanted to payoff the account balance but my online account was cancelled so I couldn’t do it myself. I called customer service but the representative wasn’t able to do it on phone. I went to this store for help and the store manger Ian spent almost 3 hours with me. Even though the problems was not able to be resolved on ATT side, I am very grateful for his help.

I USED TO COME TO THIS STORE A LOT, THE OLD MANAGER WAS OF NO HELP!!! JUST WENT IN YESTERDAY AND THE NEW MANAGER VANESSA WAS SO MUCH HELP! VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPFUL!!

Not a corporate store!
They will not help with a refund if you accidentally bought the wrong thing. ATT phone support will also fob you off because this is a franchise, not a full store. Go elsewhere.
