AT&T Store

Today I was at this location looking for an upgrade on my phone. I always go to this location to upgrade my phone. Never have I ever experienced great customer service. Damien Guzman helped me out to get an upgrade on my phone and get a new line. I even have AARP now which is something amazing that I never knew I could qualify for. He helped me out so much. He also gave my mom information about TV services which we were very interested in for switching from comcast to AT&T. We are very delighted with the service he provided. He even help me sync my photos and data into my new phone. Usually when I go to this location they don’t help me do that. They usually just tell me to do it on my own. I am more than appreciative of Mr. Damien Guzman. He truly made my purchase a lot smoother than usual. Thank you so much Mr. Guzman. I will definitely love to come back and be serviced by you.

Great customer service! I needed a hotspot to temporarily solve my lack of WiFi in my new apartment & they had an Uber drive the device from the San Bruno location bc they didn’t have it in stock at this location. Abdallah is the rep that helped me & he explained the process & even offered a cheaper alternative. I highly recommend partnering with him & going to this store specifically!

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the assistant manager and associates here. Andres and Anna have worked so hard and efficiently for us, as we have multiple devices and services. There is an amazing group vibe here. Honestly, I have grown weary and frustrated with AT&T over the years. Andres and Ana have restored my faith in their services. Thank you again!

I went into the store two days in a row, to fix an issue with my iPhone that was defective. The second time that I went in the manager was able to help me, I believe his name was Jesse. He was very quick, and assured me that my problem would be taken care of, and it was, as I am talking and conversing with other people, they were working in the background with the problem of the phone. Also, the staff is really funny they are also, very kid friendly my son loves the staff. Overall I would say, yesterday was by far my best experience with AT&T within the last decade. The service was so good that I also decided not to cancel my lines if my problem could not be fixed.

I had the pleasure of working with Pat from AT&T was a game-changer for tackling my iWatch syncing hiccup. Navigating the intricate process of switching my iWatch number sync from one device to another could have been a tech nightmare, but Pat handled it like a pro. For a solid 3-4 hours, he brought a chill vibe to the situation, staying cool and collected.

What impressed me most was Pat’s tech-savvy finesse and how he seamlessly blended it with a customer-friendly approach. Instead of a stressful tech ordeal, it felt like troubleshooting with a friend who just happens to be a tech whiz. The guy deserves major props for not just solving the problem but doing it with a modern, customer-centric flair. Kudos to Pat – he’s the kind of support you want in the tech trenches.

Went to this AT&T location and received great service. I had a complicated situation with my phone plan. An employee by the name of Ho Pan patiently took the time to resolve my issue and even helped me deal with customer service when I kept getting routed to the automated answering service. Would highly recommend this location.

Recently went here and was helped by Adam he was very nice and walked me though all the options I had. I was bit nervous as I’ve had experiences with other salespeople but Adam was very transparent. I’ll be making it a point to check if he’s there before I come! Overall I’m really happy with my switch and new device.

My daughter and I visited to trade in a phone. Abdallah greeted us with a welcoming energy and jumped right in to assisting us. He was friendly, thorough, ensured all questions were answered and all of this help was peppered with a good sense of humor, kindness and professionalism. He was able to effectively converse with both of us (my daughter is 21) and speak to any concerns with the right level of information. I was so impressed, I will definitely be back as long as he is there (i'll call first - lol). AT&T has an excellent representative with Abdallah and anyone would be lucky to have him as an employee.

Pat was super knowledgeable, extremely helpful and an all around good guy. I switched from. Verizon, after being a 20 year customer their service all around has gone downhill and Pat couldn't have been any better if he tried. He made it a very easy and pleasurable experience switching over to ATT. I will switch all my phones over to ATT thanks to him.

I was very satisfied with my most recent visit, went in for some questions and Anthony helped me out. He was super kind and was able to help lower my bill, I appreciate his help so much and I highly recommend you ask for him!

Ho pan was extremely helpful, explaining how things worked on the phone while our other phone was transferring information to the Asurion replacement phone. We do not have any phone skills, so we went to our local ATT store. Luckily Ho pan caught that there was a glitch and he restarted, again, explaining what happened AND FIXING it!Thank you to a wonderful part of the staff. We will come back and ask for him. Very impressed with his customer service!

Good experience at this store. Needed to transfer in a line from another provider. No wait, clerk was very receptive to my request to not upsell me. Quick process and I went on with my day! Would return here if needed!
