Nordstrom Rack

Saw this super cute jacket but couldn’t decide which color….looked at tag and decided to get both! The camel and the black!
The line to check out was long however the sales girl could not have been any nicer! She was a pretty young lady with a long french braid in her hi-lighted long hair! She was professional and focused she made me feel welcomed and i commented on how cool she was with all the people behind me. I was getting gift receipt’s but not for all purchases so as she was giving me change and gift receipts she had it all organized and said take your time and put your things away its fine, i didn’t feel rushed and i did manage to keep my gift receipts separate from the other purchases. I give the young lady that checked me out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ gold stars! Sorry o wish i could remember her name.

Josh from the shoe dept is the best, he helped me find some shoes and even if there wasn't any in my size he was always helping someone and was super kind and polite! Also has fantasy jewlery haha

I had a return without a receipt, the manager took the time to research and help find the receipt online. She was kind and professional.

Very good one, sales reps were nice, patient and helpful. Took the time to answer my questions and price checked the luggage that I was wanting. Cashier was pleasant. The store was clean and well organized. 👍

With the closing of both San Francisco outlets, I had to drive to the Nordstrom Rack in Serramonte Center. But it was worth the drive. Scored a nice, comfortable pair of athletic shoes.

Love this location. Always organized and clean. Weekend parking gets a bit tough but other than that no complaints.

I can't express enough how I love Nordstrom especially Rack. There are so many good bargains that won't break the bank.

Although their inventory is not as big as it once was, it is STILL a place where you can find QUALITY clothing at a fair price! Also it is easy to return an item that you purchased online in the store and you can request a gift card instead of the item being credited back to your CC ( with your ID of course)so that you can buy something else live in person😊 It is TOO HARD to go into a NR store and NOT buy something☺

Love this place many options and my shoes were cheaper Than I thought long line but went fast

Lots of goodies and plenty on the clearance racks that were actually quite reasonable. Ive been several times and always find something! The crew isn't always the most knowledgeable but they try and are usually quite friendly.
