The team at the Legacy West store has always been incredibly friendly and helpful every time I’ve gone in. William was especially helpful recently and helped submit a warranty claim for me and get an issue with a backpack resolved. Will keep coming back to this location!

We were looking at different brands - after spending time with William we chose Tumi. Individuals like William make all the difference! We were able to go into the Tumi store and see the different pieces and choose what we needed. He also monogrammed all four pieces for us.
