Madewell

I'm pretty shopping-phobic a lot of the time. Usually when i goes clothes shopping it leaves me with a lot of anxiety and disappointment because things don't fit my body right. I left madewell yesterday with a totally new outlook.

The person who helped us, Patricia, did a phenomenal job in every regard. She helped me find the style i needed/wanted, and helped me feel ok about the store not having the biggest selection of plus sizes. We ended up finding a pair i absolutely adored and i ended up ordering them in their Curvy fit, because of the way i'm shaped.
I already own one pair of Madewell's and they are my Every Day jeans. I'm so excited to have a second. These jeans are pricey, so they're an investment, get somethinrg you can wear almost every day. If you are plus sized or curvy these jeans will fit you better than most retailer jeans and are higher quality in general, just be aware they carry most their plus-size stock online and not in the store front. That's one thing i'd like to see changed.

Great selection of fall styles. Store was clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly.

Such a lovely experience shopping here! Staff are personable and attentive. The clothes are quality and on trend. Madewell offers a number of promotions as well. I purchased a pair of tortoise-shell sunglasses with green lenses, love.

I was meeting my family for dinner when my wedges broke walking from the parking garage. The top completely detached from the bottom. Luckily there was madewell on the way to the restaurant. I went in and explained my shoe emergency, they were extremely sympathetic and quickly started helping me. They took me straight to the sale section and started pulling out all different options in my size and even found one that matched my outfit. They were super helpful, nice, and fast (which was greatly appreciated as I was already running late). Thank you to all the sales associates that helped! And I love my new shoes!

Customer service is great! I always find the jeans I want and if I don’t, I’m always offered the option to order and pick up in store or have it shipped! Love this place!

A huge thank you to sales associate, Jennifer who helped me yesterday to choose some jeans. The inventory is huge and finding the right jean IS work. However with Jennifer’s kind assistance, knowledge of the inventory and quizzing me in what I like along with making some suggestions of her own, it was a positive and productive shopping experience. You can’t fake her sincerity or friendly professional demeanor. I wanted to do a survey on her service but since they don’t offer one this is my personal shout out to her. She’s a gem.

I went in yesterday to exchange some jeans I ordered online. Kelsey helped me find the perfect pair of jeans to exchange with. She was very knowledgeable about the fabric & styles on top of just being a super nice person. Never made me feel rushed or bad for trying on 10+ pairs of jeans. Thanks Kelsey!

PS- with Madewell it's always good to go try on in store as sizes vary due to fabric content/style. The pair I ordered online was a too-small 27 and I left with another style in size 25 that fit me great (wow!)

super helpful employees and really great quality clothes

While this location is smaller than other Madewells that I have been to... the staff is really really nice. I've gone in here a few times looking for specific items and they've been so sweet and helpful. I feel very welcomed and don't feel awkward asking for help from these ladies like other stores I've been to.

Not a huge selection of clothing, but decent and very cute! People were attentive and friendly.

Amazing customer service! Jennifer Gargiulo went above and beyond to help resolve my problem; and was very accommodating, beyond helpful! The store has a very positive atmosphere and everyone on staff was very eager to help customers.
