Levi’s Store

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to say what amazing customer service this place has! My husband and I had such a wonderful experience today (received help from 2 different staff members on the hunt for the perfect jeans) that we found ourselves talking about them over our lunch that followed. :) Felt like we were in a high end boutique. Thank you Levi’s for maintaining a high standard that is hard to find these days!

Awesome selection and help from the staff. Brought my daughters jacket it to get it custom tailored. The tailor made great suggestions that ended up being better than what we wanted. Will be coming back. Thank you Devin and Jazz

I usually go in to stores look around aimlessly and find something I just end up settling for and sits in my closet because it doesn’t fit me how I wanted or other. As soon as I walked in Melissa greeted me with a warm smile and an extremely helpful demeanor, she immediately found out what I was looking for and picked out 4 different options to ensure I found the right piece. She pointed me to the dressing room and checked up on me more than once to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, to be honest I found better. If it weren’t for her incredible customer service I would’ve ended up just buying a pair of jeans I was just meh about, rather than finding the perfect jean I was looking for. The amazing thing was there were two other customers I over heard her treating with the exact same care and expertise that I had received. @ Levi’s corporate if you see this I know you guys don’t get to be around for over 100 years by not taking care of your employees, so I implore you to please ensure Melissa is well taken care of because this was hands down the most seamless and enjoyable retail purchase I’ve ever made and it’s all because the care Melissa puts into her work.

Great location and the staff extremely helpful. I must say I am impressed with the store. The team was down to earth and you can tell they enjoy working at this location. I bought a new trucker jacket and I was surprised at the ability to get my patches sewn own right in the location. They have taken this location into more art than retail when it comes to clothing. Stop by this place if you want to look great in denim.

Great store! Had some vintage Levi’s customized with badges and embroidery and they nailed it. They were able to perfectly tailor my vintage jeans to better fit without altering the style too much. I’m really impressed with the care and attention paid to alteration services and would highly recommend !

I’m a plus size woman, and while Levi’s does produce plus size jeans, they only carry up to a 33” waist in store. (I don’t prefer to shop online because even with “size charts” it’s a guessing game to get the fit right.)

Brittany came to my rescue and made some excellent recommendations and I ended up leaving the store with TWO pair of 311 Shaping Skinny Jeans. [They have a good amount of stretch so I can wear them in a 33 but if that doesn’t work for you, currently online is the only other option.]

Thank you Brittany for your bright smile, cheerful attitude and for making me feel amazing in my Levi’s. (Keep rocking those gorgeous curls!)

Eric was a super friendly and helpful worker, really great service at this Levi store

Today I went there for a belt exchange. Then I found that I need to pouch holes in the new belt. The ladies and gentlemen there are all very sweet and polite. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The gentleman at the tailor shop is so nice! He punched two holes in my belt for free and he did it very fast and professionally! This is my first time going to this store, and I will DEFINITELY come back to buy more jeans and tops because of their outstanding customer service!

You can ask them to customize your jeans or jackets at this store. Bought two jackets and added some patches.

This store has been the most amazing experience over all the Levi stores that I have visited around Texas and even out of state. Eric was amazing, he helped my husband with finding the perfect fit jeans (my husband is picky & never tries new things) in which end result was my husband liked the jeans that Eric picked out for him better than the jeans he picked for himself. Jasmine was also so nice and quick to help my husband with his jean alteration. They have an instore tailor (if that's what it's called) where they can fix distressed jeans, sew on patches, and tailor up your jeans. The most attentive employees I have ever met, thankful for this store!

I needed a particular pair and wash of jeans for a new job. Eric helped me out so much! They didn’t have the size I needed in stock, so her ordered it and waived the shipping fee. So incredibly helpful! The whole team was so kind and helpful, but I especially want to make sure Eric gets a shoutout.

My friend and I visited this store because she wanted to buy some new jeans. She was looking for high-quality product and that’s why she decided on Levi’s. As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Zach and other members of the staff. Everyone was friendly, but Zach stood out the most. He helped my girlfriend find the style of jean she wanted, then when she determined she needed a different size, he went and found it for her. It was excellent, friendly service that is no longer the norm. My friend wanted a pair jeans tapered around the ankle, so the in-house tailor took the measurements in under five minutes and we left. The store’s tailor quickly went to work and by the time we had gone to lunch for an hour her jeans had been tailored and were ready for pickup. Levi’s was more expensive than the average Jean store you can buy other places, but their quality, the customer service, and the overall shopping experience made it well worth the extra expense. Thank you Zach for your friendly face, thank you to the other members of staff for their assurance, and I’ll be coming back soon for a few pairs myself.

I had a great experience in the store this morning! Melissa was amazing in helping me narrow down the style that suits me and then selecting the washes. Kyle was awesome in helping with getting the Jean's measured for tailoring. I'll definitely be bringing in the wife so she can get some Levi's too!

Outstanding store. They will make any patch you want. I asked for a minon with a thong, and the staff went above and beyond to make it perfect. Highly recommend for any personalized items.

First time out here. Was thinking it would be like the outlet store in Allen but it is definitely not. They have styles other than just skinny jeans for women; which for me is amazing. I love a straight Jean so it kills me when I can't find any.

Good selection, and the employees do seem to really care about getting you the best fit and style possible. Will be back

A wonderful shopping experience. They have a very friendly knowledgeable staff. You can get custom embroidery done in house (same day in some cases) This is the Levi's store experience you have been missing. Premium products at a discount. Will go again.

This was the BEST alteration I have ever had on a pair of jeans/ shorts. It was ready in less than 2 days and they made my dreams come true. They took my shorts down almost 3 sizes and you can not even tell! I will take all of my alterations on denim here forever! Thank you Levi's!

I have never had someone so nice and helpful as the woman there. She made it so easy to find me the right jeans...I wanted to give her a huge tip. I wish I lived closer - I would always shop here.
