Had the absolute pleasure of meeting AGM, Spring, at this location. She oversees the women’s department and with decades in retail myself, it’s beyond obvious she takes exceptional pride in merchandising, pristine displays, customer service, and associate engagement. 10/10 recommend

You definitely have to shop when it's 50% or 60% off everything. Old Navy specializes in disposable fashion, so you will find kinda trendy styles that you will probably wear out this year.

Great collections. Good prices! Erin, who was an assistant manager here was really helpful and friendly.

It was clean and fast, deals are not like they used to be but it was a good day shopping at oldnavy specially gor going back to school clothes

Old Navy is a great place to shop! I really appreciate that they keep their store cool and comfortable it makes for a more pleasant shopping experience when it's not so hot inside. Their prices are always great and everytime I go there I know I'm getting a good deal.

Despite living closer to South Dallas and having a few different locations closer to home, this location is by far my favorite.

The layout of the merchandise makes shopping easier. They also seem to have a large selection than other locations but I could be wrong.

The fitting rooms are always clean and clear of tried on clothes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Above all this location always has at least 3 employees at the registers at all times which makes for a quick check out experience.

Old Navy is incredible!!! They have everything in plus sizes now. I left that place with a completely new wardrobe. Can't wait to go back! They have so much to choose from. Even my sister who HATES shopping bought clothes.

I am very happy to have this Old Navy store close to us. It was in McKinney but moved when the strip mall was being built. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The clothes are nicely organized and set so that it is quick to find the size you need. Prices are comparable to businesses around them. The dressing rooms are now in the middle of the store and are for everyone's use. Parking is great and making for a nice way to walk around and look at other stores.

Amanda helped me choose a new spring dress and was super friendly! She really made my shopping experience extra special. I would highly recommend going to this Old Navy! The customer service was excellent and I love my new dress.

Fast check out and everyone was friendly! There was one particular girl her name was Andrea she worked this evening.. She was amazing!!! Helped me out in every way possible!!! She went above and beyond to help me.. From holding my clothes while I took my toddler to the bathroom, picking out tights to match outfits, getting me a shopping cart, to helping me pick out maternity style clothes for myself! She needed a huge shoot out

Neat, organized, tons of super cute stuff for both of my teens, in preparation for our upcoming vacation! Pretty much a one stop shop, got almost everything we needed there! Cashier Abby was super sweet and helpful :)

Easy layout, very clean. In and out real quick.
ALl flip flops are $2 unless you buy kid flip flops that are $3 . That was weird 🤣 idk, it's still basically free, but it was weird. It's not ALL flip flops of it's just Adult . 🤣🤯 Very professional staff. We snagged a swim suit, flip flops and had to grab a dress we saw on way out.

Best Old Navy around. It's worth the drive if you don't like the service from the one in your area. Line is long, but it moves quick during heavy shopping hours.
