There’s a new kid in Brighton town! Becca is a floating pharmacist this location needs permanently. In all the years I’ve been a Walgreens customer,
I can say without a doubt Nole, Rhea, and Becca make up a professional team.

My daughter and I went to get our Covid boosters and had a very good experience. Corrie was great about the whole procedure. The paperwork was very simple, the wait was short and she was phenomenal in her administration of the vaccine. Great job, Corrine!

I use this pharmacy as it is one of the few my insurance participates with. I've had many interactions over the years with Krista, all of them have been positive. Today, I was having a particularly hard day. Usually, my prescriptions have no copay; however, today was different. Krista was kind and understanding. Since it was an OTC product, she helped to make sure I was able to get the medicine by using my points (and even helped me find pennies to cover the tax). I appreciate the great customer service that Krista offers - and I look forward to seeing her whenever I go to Walgreens.

The woman that helped me at the pharmacy drive thru window was SO SO sweet and kind! After a long day with lots of stresses this woman was helpful, funny and professional. I needed to pay for my Rx out of pocket since I am uninsured and unemployed. She told me exactly how to get a coupon for the meds and I paid 54 dollars instead of 90. All the while she's upbeat, cracking jokes, and making me feel so comfortable. I regret not getting her name because she deserves to be rewarded for her customer service. Wish I could hug you sis, my day was difficult especially being sick and you made me tear up with joy from your positivity!

I always love going to Walgreens because the staff is always so helpful and friendly, especially the photo center. I often love to make greeting and thank you cards and need assistance. Everyone is always so helpful and polite!

I was greeted at the door. Checkout was quick Amma friendly. There's usually a little wait at the pharmacy.

I love Walgreens, but the cashier on duty at front register today around noon, at Brighton, Michigan Walgreens needs to be in a position with no customer contact. She was having a personal conversation with a customer that she apparently knew well about the best way to travel back and forth to Colorado. I had a question about an item and waited several minutes for them to finish. That was not happening, so I said "excuse me" can I please ask you a question. They both were annoyed and BOTH answered me rudely.
Ok fine. Have a short friendly exchange with a regular "customer" (who did not appear to be purchasing anything). But do not belittle and ignore other customers that are there waiting. If I were the manager and observed that, she would not be employed with Walgreens.

Lady at the front counter was very rude. Dropped my make up that i was purchasing in the bag and it hit the counter almost breaking it. Her name tag was flipped over, so I couldn’t tell you her name.

Go to the Walgreens in Howell they are much faster
