I purchased a riding lawn mower one and a half months ago and the battery on it dies prematurely. So I removed the old battery and took it in to exchange it for a new one. The lady at the return desk said to just go find the new one and bring it up and they would process the return. So I started walking to the back and asked an associate if they knew where the lawn mower batteries were at. He did not but another associate named Jason overheard our conversation and said he could show me because he believed they may of moved. So we proceeded to look for them and after a little bit of searching came across the new one. We then went to the front to process the return. When we got there the original lady that I had dealt with acted like she was to busy to help but added that I would need to pay for a portion of the new battery because she didn’t know how to process that type of return. Jason said he would help on got on the phone and figured out exactly how to do it and within 5 minutes I was walking out with my new battery that was I was not charged for because it was covered under warranty. I normally never write a review but I thought this deserved it. Jason went above and beyond without being asked to help me locate the item I was looking for and process the return transaction all with a very friendly and welcoming attitude. You don’t always get service like this but when you do it’s nice to be acknowledged. Thank You Jason.

I picked up some metal roof for The Lumber Barn, and I was impressed with this Home Depot. Very nice customer service, fast loading, attention to detail, serious care about the safety of load getting on public roads. :) great experience!

This store is displayed neatly. The lack of employees everywhere must be taken into consideration. My fur baby loves being able to go inside the store. We received help from an employee who was deaf. His ability to communicate with us was excellent. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I had two other employees discreetly ask if we were able to communicate with him. They were not trying to steal us from him but were offering to assist us and him together. Talk about A+ customer service. They seem to be able to keep most everything in stock.
My only issue and bad score comes from the lack of care the vegetable and flower plants were receiving. They were wilted or dead. The soil they were in was dry. Again, when you have a lack of employees the ones you have can only do so much. I would have volunteered to hose them down if liability was not an issue.

Claudia showed GREAT patience and Customer service skill that went above and beyond.

Zach was able to guide me to the items I needed with ease, and if he wasn't sure of the location he was able to find it via HDepot device.

Very clean and well organized store. I will be copying and pasting this to Google maps for this location with a 5 star. Please look into promoting these employees. As the Owner of Harmonious Plumbing LLC I am please to do business with this homedepot location

I wish I knew it better and bought all my house remodeling items here. I called the store because my order was accidentally canceled. Since I used a 10% coupon, I wanted to keep the same order instead of buying it again, so I can still benefit from the 10% discount. Mathew, the manager was very patient and listen to my concern. He took responsibility and acknowledge the mistake. He solved my issue within 1 minute. I really appreciate his professionalism. Unlike the L store, helpless and useless.

Love their Halloween selection this year, just wish they had the giant blow up skeleton. Was it sold out or never their?

Becky at the Pro Desk is the most wonderful contact I've had at any supply house. She has personally called me after hours to ensure my projects get the material they need on time, and she has gone above and beyond for my work to succeed.

Manager went above and beyond. I bought a toilet from this location and had to rent one of their trucks to get it to my house as my car is too small to fit one. After installing it, I noticed it was leaking and it turns out the bowl had a hairline crack in it. I went back to the store and told them about it and the manager (I think his name was either Ed or Al) let me borrow their truck again free of charge to bring the old toilet back and exchange it for a new one. The manager didn’t have to do that and I couldn’t have been happier. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I just moved to the area and have a lot of home improvement projects coming up and will definitely be using this location to get supplies for all of them

I’ve been a long time shopper of Home Depot, even prior to buying my home. I had place multiple orders for pick up from the Rt 40 location. This past order was filled as requested. That night, I had so many things on my mind, enough to distract me and I left my wallet in my shopping cart. That very evening, the store manager called me and let me know that I had left it on store property, and that they had it safely protected locked in their safe. Truly above and beyond service, this given so much hope for customer service. Many, many thanks to management and staff and especially to the person who found my wallet and turned it in with nothing out of place.

Staff, very friendly, lots of prices and great quality items, they have new features of Express delivery but THEY HAVE TO HAVE THE ITEM available on store to make it possible!

Solid choice.

Edit- I went there tonight and the paint section was extremely helpful. I am in the process of paint matching furniture. The woman who worked tonight, was such a help, she was trying different swatches and helping me figure out the weathered look. I would recommend you go here for solid customer service.

I just came to this store. I work for a contracting company, Samantha and dawn were so great. They explained everything so well. I used to go to the location in aspen hill, but I recommend contractors to visit this location instead. They help you with your pro extra rewards. I bought some paint and the guy there was super helpful.

Went to this store @ 9:30 pm 1/2 hour before closing to have some paint colors adjusted. It can be difficult to adjust the colors and the people at the paint counter were very helpful and patient. Their customer service was outstanding! Thank you to Marty and Larry who did an excellent job and were very kind and patient.
