Love the small venue. It made me feel like I was right on stage with the performers.
Instead of having to watch a big screen the whole time.
And the price was very reasonable too. It included the price of the concert ticket and the admission to the fair.
Definitely will be going back next year if there is someone I want to see coming there!

The Frederick fair is a staple in the community. I’ve been going since I was a child. The food is great. You really can’t go wrong with any thing you choose to eat. The games are fun and the rides are great for kids.

Great prices for tickets. So many rides and games to play. Beautiful farm animals. There's so much to do here that you should come at least three times so you can enjoy everything!

I love going to the great Frederick fair every year! Their prices are very reasonable! They have such a wide selection of foods and drinks. I love to see new venders join every year to get to experience different variety’s. The fair has so many rides to choose from, whether you have small kids or are older. There lots of things to do here and I love coming back every year! I can’t wait for it to be back once again!

What an amazing Fair! The food is out of this world..the rides light up the night sky..there are magical moments everywhere!
...and German Beer made in Maryland!

Brent Cobb was amazing!

He is a storyteller. It felt like going to the Grande ol' Opry.
You can feel his down home warmth...and his spiritual side!
His on the road family that supports him are stars too!
If you ever get the chance to check him out....as those commercials use to say..
Just Do It!

...and if all that wasn't enough amazingness...I got to twirl out of the fair in a sea of bubbles thanks to a mini glittery girl!
It was the cherry on top of a perfect adventure!

2023 Glittery Update!!

Another amazing time this year!

Last year was so amazing we came back to see the Red Clay Strays and Elle King!
Shout to my friend Dale!
We have now seen the Red Clay Strays three times in three States in 5 months!
3rd time for Elle too in a year!
It's kinda of Epic!!

This fair is a world full of wonderful!
The entertainment line up does not disappoint (and they caught a rising star with the Red Clay Strays this year!), a huge sparkly ferris wheel, food that's beyond expectations and the friendliest people you will ever meet!
This fair has stolen my heart!
See ya'll next year!

Had a great time! Demolition Derby was so much fun. The food was delicious & the ferris wheel ride was great. I really enjoyed checking out all of the entries & winners & seeing all of the animals was great. Spoke in length with a a woman who raises pigs & is involved with 4H. Then spoke with another woman who raises Katahdin sheep. They look like a dog! Learned so much, again this year.
Can't wait to go again next year.

Great venue, get there early if going on the weekend, and get parking ahead. I was there for a concert, which was great. Loved the food, of course got a funnel cake!

Always fun! It gets more crowded every year with all the houses being built. But still it's worth it!

Frederick Fair always does it right! 4H, FFA, local law enforcement/fire/ems/military showing service and pride, great food and rides, plenty to do for any age!! We spent about 5 hours of awesome family time, and it was worth it!
Lots of seating, handicap accessible, bathrooms easy to reach; this year's fair is ready to welcome you back to a great time!

Well I've never actually been in their fairgrounds but from what I can see on the outside and I live nearly next to it at one time they do have a good amount of entertainment for all ages and when it comes to musical entertainment they have fairly good national attractions that have came through that I would have loved to have seen many groups. And they do have all kinds of activities for anyone so yeah I would give them a 10

Went to the Frederick Fair to watch the tractor pull. Great time with many pulling classes.

Loved it - all sorts of things to do and see, including livestock, agriculture, and crafts produced by locals (prizes for best), rides, games, displays, beer tent, and plenty of food; admission was $8; ride tickets were $1.50 apiece, with most rides costing about 5 tickets; some inexpensive & more expensive food vendors; mostly cash but some credit accepted; lots of private parking lots close to an entrance - I paid $5 at my lot near an entrance

Crowded with long lines to get on the rides but no disturbances and lines moved at a good pace. The only thing I may say is that it there was a lot of pot smoking which made it unpleasant. Not a good experience for children.

Glad the fair opened this year. Hemps as usual had terrific food. Also great were the typical fair foods, yay funnel cake. The Ferris wheel was perfect again. This year we saw a mini dog and piglet race which was the best thing aside from the Ferris wheel. It was such a fun time watching the little piglets race. But the stars of the show, for me, were the little mini dachshunds who were absolutely adorably silly. Each race they were eagerly barking and wagging their tails for the race to begin. This was a big hit with the fair goers and they drew a large crowd with everyone laughing and smiling.

We had the honor of supporting a couple who got married here and this space is perfect for a wedding reception. It is a weekend rental which is fabulous for setup, rentals, and take down. Not a lot of decor restrictions and ample space for guests to not only eat, dance, but enjoy some activities, this event had lots of games.

The best fireworks display I've seen in several decades. Location was outstanding and the crowd was very well behaved. Traffic leaving was not excessive.

September 19, 7:30 pm:
We attended to see the Outlaws & Marshall Tucker bands. The Outlaws gave an outstanding, tight concert that satisfied my need for screaming guitars. Absolutely a fantastic show that ran for 1 hour.

9:00 pm:
Marshall Tucker took the stage and the front man's voice is gone. The band was not together and the two guitarists played several sour notes and couldn't keep close to beat or key. We left after the 3rd song disappointed.
