Avery's Maryland Grille

Avery's went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was stellar. They were extremely accommodating and excellent service. The AYCE crabs are 100% worth it, the quality of the meat was juicy and amazing. Crab legs were just sliding out of the shell and full of flavor. Even the side dishes were perfect, hush puppies, corn, cornbread, all delicious. This is hands down the best place to have crabs even if you aren't going for AYCE.

This place is absolutely fantastic!! Mark is a great bartender and they have very cute waitresses

All you can eat snow-crabs and blue crabs and fried shrimp and fries and fried clams and so much more. Morgan was so phenomenal and so attentive and helpful. Visiting from
Florida where We have some Great seafood places, I was quite satisfied.

My husband and I went to Avery grille for the first time! We had a great experience. It was crowded but was very efficient and quick service. The food was excellent!

The crabs are always heavy and steamed to perfection. The funnel cake fries are also a big hit with my family!

They do not have good accessibility for those with issues climbing stairs, but you can order to go and still enjoy their food!

The food is phenomenal. Jumbo lump crab cakes, steak cooked perfectly, and fried shrimp as a side. The staff is wonderful and patient. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Even though the it was getting very busy, my waitress checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't wait to bring my family and friends here.

Excellent experience at Avery's. We arrived around 9pm on a Saturday night and were seated right away. The server was very pleasant and attentive. We were impressed with the seating options! There is indoor, outdoor, and then they have a screened in area as well! The food was excellent! We had crab cakes and the fried shrimp. Looking forward to going back again! Highly recommend you check them out if your in the area!

Full, steamed perfectly and seasoned correctly Medium crabs available late on a busy Sunday evening with only a 30 minute wait. Sides of corn, hush puppies both vegetable and cream of crab soup and side salads were ordered also. Great crowd of happy people. Only issue: I had to constantly find the server even for a refill of water...

Over all I’d give it a 5 due to service, portions, and price.
It definitely is a treat if you’re not a 6 figure+ individual but the atmosphere was GREAT.
They will compliment u different way’s depending on your occasion.
& when it comes to price… let’s be reminded there’s not a meat missing besides a few steak skewers 😅

Man O man, my first time @Avery's the seafood chowder was very good and the stake, crab cake and shrimp was excellent. I am stuffed had to take a doggy bag home, Enjoyed everything. The service was very good. Myself, my wifey and grandson will be back soon.

We stopped here randomly while in Frederick hitting Me Land indoor play gym and Glory Donuts nearby. Wow! This seafood really hit the spot. We had the crab dip appetizer, oysters, steamed shrimp, and the crab cake sandwiches! Everything was very good and with excellent service. The food came out very quickly and the place was pretty busy. We sat on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the entire experience. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time here and I must say that Rachel went above and beyond !! I got the all you can eat crabs and was pleased over all they were a little small but then again it was all you can eat so not a big deal. The thing that surprised me the most was and I am sure it doesn’t happen all the time but she got me an Uber back to my tractor trailer since I am an over the road trucker !! What restaurant business does that ? This one does and definitely if you’re looking for great service and good food stop right now and go to to Avery’s I hope to be back soon. Thank you again Rachel

I had a fantastic experience at Avery’s seafood and grill! The atmosphere was delightful, the seafood dishes were very tasty especially the Rockfish bites Old Bay wings, crab dip and the crabs. Emily's mixed drinks were a highlight. Asked for your red potatoes “Emilys way” Her food recommendations were spot-on, and her overall service truly enhanced our dining experience. A big shout out to Emily for making our visit memorable! In addition to the great service they have specials throughout the week they also have all you can eat crabs with the fixings for a great price and the drinks are very reasonable in price as well. Overall the service is great the food is great the atmosphere is amazing and friendly.

First time here...We had a party of 3 and all of us were absolutely FULFILLED! We all got "option D" which is the unlimited all-u-can-eat...and I was so surprised that the price was not too bad at all. The service was great. The food was awesome. And the fried clams were some of the BEST I've ever had. We WILL be back! 👌🍻

Yes! This is the place for all good eats. I had the steak, crab legs with shrimp and everything was so tasty but my favorite was the pumpkin spiced Martini. This place is a must if you’re in the area looking for a good restaurant to enjoy.

Pretty good first time experience. Food was good and the staff were nice. Our server DJ was really cool, friendly and very respectful. He was also helpful to explain something if we had questions. Never been here but it was a suggestion by someone in our party. Definitely did well to my expectations, so I will be back again in the future. My food choice was the Crab Imperial with Mac and Cheese and Mashed Potatoes for my sides.

I was visiting the area for work and really wanted some great seafood. I must say that Avery's did not disappoint. I had the Boss Steamer Platter with 4 steamed crabs seasoned and cooked to perfection, meaty crab legs, steamed shrimp and clams with onion rings. Initially, when the food came to the table I told everyone I would be taking some of it back to the hotel. Well, Avery's made a liar out of me because after the first taste I could not stop eating! Shelby our server was so attentive and made the best Arnold Palmer. She provided such thorough recommendations and I enjoyed her great personality to go along with her outstanding customer service. I cant wait to come back again!

Love it very good place , fresh seafood 🦞 great custumer service , every time I go there I feel like I’m close to the beach Lol , the price is Good the place is clean , I recommend it to go with enough time because is a busy place . Or call to reserve something.. you can eat whatever you want crabs 🦀 shrimp steak 🥩 crabs cake . Etc etc thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you guys for the great food and service
