Today, I was greeted by the gentleman working there who assisted me in finding the homeopathic section. When I could not find what I was looking for, the assistant manager (Michelle) suggested two other stores in Frederick where I might find what I needed. One of them did have the type and strength I needed. I really appreciated the willingness of the staff to help me today - even if it meant a sale elsewhere! That is real customer service!

I always come here to purchase liquid melatonin for my children. I've searched so many places and The Vitamin Shoppe is the only place I've found it, in liquid form. Everytime I come in they always ask me if I need help. My answer is always no. However it's nice that the staff always has a friendly and attentive attitude.
