I love going to Macy's just ordering online and grabbing to pick up Customer service is stellar. Randi, always make sure that I have everything I need before I leave and will help me check to see if certain items are packaged together. Very friendly. Also lets me know when there's certain items on sale in the store and I take a minute and look buy more Great deals before I leave the store. Thanks again!

Staff at the Lancome counter were very accommodating. They found my product quickly. I also purchased from the Christmas shop and was served by a charming lady. Store was clean and well stocked. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. All in all a nice visit.

We bought a suit tonight and David took care of us. He was friendly polite, professional and helped us save a lot of money by having us obtain a macys card. By doing this he helped us save over $100! He had lots of good suggestions and we left very happy. The store is clean and well organized.

I had a great experience today at Macys. I was walking around not knowing what to look for and a nice gentleman named Jaekwon “I hope that’s how he spells it..” came up measured me and helped me find the suit I was looking for. He’s a Great representative for Macys. I never leave reviews just wanted to share and hope this gets to his boss.

I just had the best experience with a gentleman associate and I wish I caught his name. He was so kind, funny and helpful. He took his time, made sure everything fit perfectly and even taught my fiancé and I how to properly tie a tie. He was amazing and I want everyone to know how great he made our trip.

I was out in search of an Easter dress for my infant daughter.. an item was missing piece. I asked if there were any more in that size.. Unfortunately, the answer was "No, not at this time." EASTER was 2 days away. BUT the staff was so kind and helpful.. Without even asking, they took the time to search and help me pick a new item for the Easter celebration.. i ended up buying 2 new baby dresses that day.. Thank you so much, ladies!

Reza( new guy) in the Ralph Lauren Polo section was very nice and respectful. I hope that was his name, helped my fiancé and I this afternoon. He’s very pleasant, Macys needs to hire more employees like him.

So fun that they added the Toys “R” Us section! Kids loved it, and the prices were actually fairly reasonable around the holidays. Staff was helpful, would recommend.

I have been shopping at Macys since I am 18 yrs old. Love the selection and love their service! I just recently bought an on line pair of boots and needed to exchange them at the Frederick MD Macys. I called to check if they had them and they did and held them till I got there! Rock star service!

I worked for Macys a little over a year and a half and I can’t say enough positive things about this company. The management is outstanding, especially Carol, who was my direct manager. I had some family issues to take care of and she was the most understanding person I’ve ever met. I’ve never met a person so patient then Carol. The employees were very nice and helpful. We all worked as a team and got things done. Again, I can’t even express how I liked going to work!

I love Macy's. I know I can always get quality merchandise at a decent price when they have a sale and I have a coupon. I love their clearance racks. The staff are always super nice and helpful. The store is very clean and they have sanitizer stations throughout the store.

There was a Cashier working the Register in the Home Goods section(I wish I would have gotten her name), I noticed that the ordaments online were cheaper online vs in-store, however I couldn't find the price online(as the item was sold out), so I just paid full price. She price adjusted all the other ordaments that I had online price for. I picked up an online order and was finishing some shopping, when the cashier found me. After ringing me up, she went online and found the ordaments in question, and the price that I had saw. She brought me back over to the Register and price adjusted them for me! It wasn't a huge amount, $4-5.00, but the fact she took the time to do so, then went and found me and then processed the return/price adjustment was above and beyond anything that she needed to do! Not to mention it was 7-8pm at night, busy December day and almost closing time. Most people wouldn't have bothered but she did.

Love Macy's in Frederick Maryland. Shop a lot of stores in Mechanicsburg Harrisburg area, even bridal shops, in search of a formal cocktail dress. Could not even get one in a bridal shop because it would not be in time for the wedding. That is a month away.. most of the stores have larger size than I wear and I needed a size 2. Or extra small which is hard to find. Went to Macy's had a super nice clerk waiting on me and found everything that I needed. But my favorite saying is if you can't find it in Maryland you can't find it. That seems to work for me anyway.

Macy's has a good selection and great deals. We got sheets on the clearance table with high count cotton. My mom bought a designer purse on sale. We both got outfits for a cocktail wedding. I think I have found always what I needed here. It is fun just to go and look around. Plus, Macy's has good deals.

Always friendly associates, very accommodating and always try to make sure I had the best shopping experience.
