AT&T Store

Darryl helped me with an urgent problem and solved it quickly and efficiently. They were very nice and patient, listened to my situation and came up with a plan on how to fix it that best fit my needs. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, and I will definitely be returning to this location for any future endeavors. Thank you so much, Darryl. You're the best.

Yaz was AWESOME! She took care of us and helped fix a BIG problem, that someone from a third party, claiming to work for AT&T caused. Even though the process took what seemed like forever, the outcome was more then what we could've expected. I'm happy we had her as our agent!

This the second time that ANDY has helped me. I can not express how he is so personal, and effective at his job. I saw him today and was willing to wait for him. I hope this goes to corporate and they give him recognition for what he does!!!!

Absolutely love this ATT location. Your staff is excellent! Derek was amazing! I went this location 3 times in one week. First Derek helped me with getting my husband a watch. Second, Andy helped me upgrade my phone and third, Joaquin helped me with taking my old phone for rebate and working with me to get myself a new watch. Just all 3 have been wonderful, great customer service and definitely makes me want to only go to this store. Thank you!!!

The Reps (Vallerine and Kalal)at the Urbana store, were very skillful in utilizing their customer service skills to provide the highest level of service . Their ability to assist their customers..is beyond the call of duty...It takes a special Rep to get and keep my attention on what really matters...They talk with business sense, not just common sense......

Great store - helpful and efficient staff. Much better than dealing with ATT via phone or online.

Staff was great! I was on crutches and they helped me with my chair, the door. My sales consultant, Joaquin was very kind and gave me all the proper info. The manager, Benny even turned the TV on for me while my phones were transferring data, so that I could watch the game!

Porya did an excellent job helping me select and set up my new phone--he gets five stars. (The survey that AT&T sent me does not seem to work.) My new Google Pixel 7 Pro works well.

I have an old iPhone 6s and needed an upgrade. I came into the store “just to look” and get info on the newest phones. And I was so happy that Nate helped me. He was so nice and understanding. He didn’t pressure me and helped me with all my questions. He’s awesome and was also really great to chat with during the whole process. My fiancé and I really enjoyed his customer service!! Thanks Nate!! You’re the best!!

I have recently had to go into Riverview plaza store on Urbana to add two family members onto my plan and then return to discuss the first bill. Both times I was very fortunate to have Jonathan help me. Hands-down one of the nicest sales reps I have ever had. But then again I have never had any problems at this particular location. Jonathan took the time and did not rush through answering my questions etc., great experience!

Nate is your guy!!! He is so helpful and such a great asset to this store/company. I have worked in retail for the last 25 years and Nate exemplifies what is means to give amazing customer service. He not only treated us like valued patrons of this establishment but he managed to greet all of the other patrons that walked in the door as well. The sales rep, Joaquin Z, was the most helpful person I've ever encountered at a cellular store. He helped us resolve issues three different times, even though some of the problems were the result of issues with our previous carrier. He talked us through what we need to say and ask with the other carrier to get the problem resolved and was the best way to start our relationship with AT&T. Even my 15 yo was impressed by his patience and knowledge and insists we leave reviews online about our great service!

This review is for Mr Porya Khalili directly. My husband and I visited the AT&T store in Urbana pike this morning. Mr Porya was the most professional, patient and took his time to explain to us what we needed to know. Our experience this morning was very satisfying with an excellent service from a well trained and very well informed retail sales consultant. He went over our account and with recent updates and offers we were able to save and left the store with a big smile on our faces. AT&T please employees like that need to be happy with their pay. They need to be recognized and feel like their jobs are secured. Mr Porya, thank you very much for a great service. We will not hesitate to come back again.

Vallerine was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She provided alternatives to resolve my issue. She welcomed me as soon as I walked in and had great customer service. I’ve visited the store 5 times the last few months and every experience has been wonderful.

After several frustrating calls to Direct TV I was sent to my local AT&T store for help (long story). Nate and Jonathan went above and beyond helping me sort out my issue- spent an hour with me finding the correct number to call, calling, spending time on hold, asking questions and all around being kind, respectful and patient. They didn't ask but we've had AT&T cell service for years- they just saw a very frustrated person come in and worked to solve my problem. Can't thank the two of them enough for the time spent with me today. Thank you.

Joaquin was awesome. We had a lot of changes to our account merging two family accounts into one. Joaquin was very professional, answered all our questions and was very patient with us. We are very happy we merged accounts with ATT.

My technician, Andy, deserves MORE than 6 stars! He is AWESOME & a true asset to AT&T. He explained things fully, was BEYOND patient, went over AT&T's promotions/services & set up my new phone so FAST! SHOUT OUT TO ANDY for being so EXCELLENT at what he does! Thank you, Andy! You are one of the reasons I stay with AT&T. Good products & great service!

I just want to let other customer know that I had a positive experience at this particular AT &T store. I had a complicated problem that was fixed by employee Porya Khalolili. He listened to me and my problem and immediately went to work on it. I commend his diligence and knowledge. Thank you for resolving my issue Porya.

Andy and Keith were amazing help. We had a very complicated situation with joining /merging accounts and they were absolutely fabulous. We do all our business with this location and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable experience. They all have a lot of expertise and it shows.

After several unsuccesful calls, i visited the store and receive the help I needed from Yazray. She really embodies what excellent customer service is: knowledgeable, friendly, and cares about the customer. Thanks Yaz!
