I had business cards printed here and they turned out beautiful for a very reasonable price. The online tool is easy to use. But the main reason for my review is that I when I desperately needed a poster tube and unknowingly rushed in the store a minute before they closed (oops, Veteran’s Day hours), the employees helped me find a tube and checked me out super fast! I appreciate y’all!!

I ordered Christmas cards here and the turnaround time was very quick. When I went I to pick them up I noticed the alignment was off slightly and asked about it. They agreed it was off and quickly worked to fix the issue. They were able to reprint all the cards I needed in a timely manner and addressed all my issues even after having to deal with some other printer ink issues. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with in a less than ideal situation. Not to mention after I came in there were a bunch of other customers who all came to the print area to ask questions or for assistance. So the print staff team were able to address my questions, deal with printer issues, and assist multiple other customers at the same time. Great job overall and thank you for the nice Christmas cards at a very affordable price compared to others online.

Self-service printing at Staples is awesome! They have a few printers that are always open, I don’t have to wait in line I just go to a printer. The instructions are extremely easy and I don’t necessarily need to interact with anyone.

It cost me $.54 to print out six pages. If I had gone to UPS or FedEx stores it would probably have cost me a few dollars.

I don’t have a working printer at home, so I’m really happy I found an inexpensive and efficient solution.

I was looking for an ink cartridge for my printer, but could only locate what i thought might be the high yield version. The staff helped to confirm that this was the correct ink cartridge by getting the information off the computer, saving me a trip back to the store. I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to help me like that.

Xavier point blank made our experience wonderful. This kind and caring gentleman was very patient with me and my girlfriend as we milled over our purchase. He was knowledgeable and I could tell by our brief interaction he genuinely cared about his job and costumer experience. It meant a lot. This man deserves a raise!

I want to praise George at Staples, 5557 Urbana Pike, Riverview Plaza, Frederick. He was absolutely charming, listened to my plight about the toners for my printer, didn’t fuss, just dealt with it instantly, professionally and with a great attitude.

Typically great customer service, good products. Never been disappointed coming here. They consistently sell quality products whether it is computers, laptops, desk chairs, pens, or even staples. Great place to buy inexpensive office/school supplies in general.

I used the self service copy center to print color party invitations. The machine was easy to.use and i could pay right at the.copier. the whole experience took less than 10 minutes and i walked out with high quality color copies.

Dan (who I’m assuming is a GM), was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate his knowledge and energy. He even helped load my product into my vehicle. Thanks!

I really like go to this location for printing my pictures. Michael who works in copy and print center is very professional and very good at to operate all type printers.

Very nice. Got what I needed quickly. Also offered me a new liquid glass screen protector. Which actually looks very nice.
